As someone with a rare chronic condition, it has been a challenge to find a pharmacy in Fort Collins that fills my medications accurately and on time. I've tried a few different ones, and was consistently frustrated by all of them. Finally I landed on the Safeway Pharmacy. They are consistent, courteous, and reliable. I get a text message every time my medications are ready along with an estimate of the copay. I am so grateful to have one less thing to stress about, and would recommend the Safeway pharmacy to anyone who has trouble getting their medications on time.

It has very friendly workers there I just am disappointed that they have very limited selection and the prices are very high. I have shopped at Safeway for years and this is the most limited in choices and most expensive. But then again that's the story everywhere for everything.

The restroom at this location has been closed over a week. I will not be shopping here again until you have a working restroom.

Worked here as an employee and the workplace environment was atrocious. Someone brought in a clearly fake service dog and I had asked the two legal questions very politely being a service dog handler myself as it hurts people with real service dogs validity. The customer got incredibly angry and threatened to harm me (a minor) and management gave me a written verbal despite me being threatened and proceeding with all the correct steps. I was never informed that this was a management only question and it should not be. The store does not hold up that right. It is the ADA's law that allows ALL employees to ask if they have suspicions. Overall, a horrible experience. I am considering sueing over such a horrid experienceTwo crimes were committed1. Allowing fake services dog IN the store2. Allowing physical assault threats to an employee without a single defense for said employee.

I came into the store to purchase some groceries and go to Starbucks and had one of the the worst experiences ever. MANAGER MELISSA was extremely unkind rude and very rude. I went to the restrooms in the back of the store to use them and both said they were out of service for cleaning. After about 10 minutes of waiting and no one coming out or hearing anything inside I walked around the store to find someone to see if they could check to see if the restrooms were still being cleaned or if the signs were accidentally left up (because it has happened to me before). I approached Melissa and asked her if she would be able to check them for me and she said that she couldn’t because she was busy with orders. I asked her if she could call someone else to check and she said when she would when she got the time to. I asked her how long did she thought it would take because I had already been waiting for 10 minutes and really had to go pee, and she said she didn’t know. All of this being said with an attitude as if she hated her job. I kindly waited for her and followed her to the next aisle over waiting for her to make one simple call over her radio to another employee to ask if they could check the restrooms for me and she did not. After her talking to other people I asked her if she was going to make the call and she said she told me that does not owe me a public restroom and that I could leave the store. I chose to just walk away after that and ask another employee who said that someone from the meat department could open the restroom for me, which they did. As I was using the restroom it just so happened that the same manager Melissa came to the back of the store and started gossiping about me to another employee not knowing that I was using it! I’ve came into this Safeway multiple times and not once have I ever encountered such rudeness from an employee, let alone a manager. Extremely shocking and disappointing customer service Safeway.

I love this store! I have ALWAYS had friend staff. i dont need to walk a marathon to find what I am looking for, walk to one end for milk and then back to other for produce. Dont have to deal with rude customers either. If I have to wait for my prescription, I can shop and pick up some sale stuff. AND my pharmacist knows who I am! And I can get my vaccinations and they give me a grocery discount to boot! Thank you for being the small town friendly store that I have shopped at for 20+ years, since before when you were Albertson!

This FTD order was filled by Safeway Floral #0874 (second line said www.Rockymtngifts.com) and was nothing like the blue and white deluxe arrangement of white roses, blue delphinium, and blue hydrangeas that I ordered. Was supposed to be delivered on Friday, 9/22. By Saturday morning, FTD could not confirm the bouquet had arrived, so they cancelled the order. Shortly afterward I got an email saying my order had been delivered. It was a basic plug of yellow roses tinged with brown edges, daisies, a spindly sprig of delphinium, and some green leaves set straight in a vase. Kinda disappointing. Maybe this was a one-off miss, I cannot tell.

Compared my receipt with Wal MarT, Target and King Soopers. I spent around 10$ more shopping at Safeway; seems like I always come away spending more for less. I’ve heard if one strictly buys coupon deals or weekly sales they can save money here, though, and it does seem that way.3 stars since it is well lit and not playing loud music the way some other grocery stores do

I am very upset with Safeway and its management. My husband purchased a $300 Safeway Gift Card for his 90 year old father for Father's Day. My father-in-law recently lost the use of his right arm during a surgery. He lives in Tucson, Arizona. He does not have or use a cell phone. When my father-in-law went down to Safeway in Tucson to use the gift card the number was somehow not reading properly. My father-in-law claimed that it was wrapped in very tight plastic and he had trouble opening the package, thus damaging the card. The card can never be used as it is damaged. Obviously, the card has not been used. The $300 will never be redeemed! I spoke to a female manager initially and she was very nice. She researched and found the original purchase and our credit card information. She gave me a "ticket number" and said we could expect a refund within 30 days. We have the proof of the purchase of the card. When I contacted Safeway Help Desk and gave them my ticket number they said that without a photo of the gift card, its packaging and the receipt there is no way they could even research this. So, apparently, because my 90 year old father-in-law does not have a cell phone or the ability to day any of the things asked we are out $300!!! When I spoke to Gary, your store manager, he was not helpful at all. I am disgusted! To think that a large company like Safeway would not give us a refund when the card cannot be used is HORRIBLE!!! The female manager told me that the store has been having a lot of problems with the cards since they started putting them in "impossible to open" plastic. I cannot believe your team would not help us further with this matter. This is a SCAM. We will NEVER shop at Safeway again and I plan to repeat this story over and over on every platform I can. This is just corporate theft and greed in my opinion.
