We spent the night at the residence inn. Very friendly stuff. We enjoyed staying in a two bedroom suite. Great neighborhood location.

Staff was nice upon checking in. When we got to our room we were disappointed because the room looked grimy. We didn't sit on the sofa at all. This place could definitely use an update. The door had a crack where someone could look through. Very unsatisfied and felt unsafe. The elevator stopped working the second day.

Front desk was nice. Never stayed in a filthier place. Also left 3 brand new items in room that mysteriously disappeared. Talked to front desk and they said the cleaner was asian and barely spoke English so she did not steal. Unbelievable. Hairy sheets, multiple pubic hairs, etc., a pubic hair on a clean washcloth. Disgusting.Also now I have to file a police report regarding missing items.

Dark, dingy, dirty, and dated -- disappointing.We arrived to our room only to find the master bedroom's sheets were still dirty. We were escorted to a new room, only to find a stain on the sheets there, too. When we requested a sheet set to change the new sheets, we were given a set that was a size smaller than the mattress. The rooms are dark and heavily dated. The couch had numerous unnameable stains on it, meaning I never sat on it. The kitchenette, though cramped, was nicely amended, and served our needs. For a long-term stay, this spot might be useful, but I wouldn't return for a short-term stay again.

The gym is horrible. They have like 6 total dumbbells and the highest dumbbell weight is 25 lbs

Such a quaint hotel. The staff is amazing! Christopher and Michaela at the front desk are beyond helpful! They were very nice to me and my family and helped us plan our stay in Fort Collins. They are beyond the best!

Great experience, the best I've had for a business trip hotel. Will soon have a renovation, which is needed as furnishings are outdated and there is currently no way to charge an electric vehicle within walking distance.Phenomenal

I had a great stay at Residence in by Marriott Fort Collins. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well appointed. the location was convenient and relatively quiet. If I had to complain about anything, the AC was either always on or always off. It was difficult to set it anywhere in between. We had a family emergency and had to leave a day early. They were very accommodating about canceling the last day for us. I would definitely come back.

Old and outdated. Great location but it's a not up to Marriott standards. I call BULLSHIT on the 5* reviews:I saw a lot of 5 star reviews and something is fishy about that. If you stay here you can't give this place five stars without having been bribed or someone doing it as a friend of the owner. Listen, I'm not snobby but this is not a 5* place. I think the thing that bothered me the most was their super cheap policy about cleaning the rooms every four days. What da? And they go out of their way to tell you this policy like you should feel good about it or something. I asked to have my room made up every day anyway and they said to "call tomorrow and ask"; they couldn't guarantee they could because it was a busy time. Of course there no recourse for this, except to tell others about this poor service. The extra star over 1* was for the location. There are lots of cool restaurants and bars and pretty close to the campus.The third star is because the room is clean and nicer than what 2 stars would imply. In other words, I felt bad giving only two starsMy daughter will be at CSU and we expect to be visiting but will not stay here. There have got to be better places.

Great place to stay if you're visiting Fort Collins.Attentive stasis comfortable well appointed accommodations.Returning next week and looking forward to it.
