Had a water heater leak on 4th of July! Called into the emergency maintenance line and Bradley was here within 5 minutes. He addressed the issue, told me what it was gonna take to fix and stuck with it for a couple hours until it was resolved. Great job!

Needed a leak fixed under my sink. Maintenance showed up same day and informed me my disposal needed replacement. It took him 5 minutes and he was very communicative and did a solid job. This review is for Bradley. Maintenance on site is on the ball.
