Waited in line with no acknowledgment to my presence. Had to leave before I could handle my business. I prefer other locations. However, this one looks nice on the inside. It's just useless in my case...

I’ve been banking here for 4 years now and the people inside are just so sweet and helpful but trying to do anything over the phone is next to impossible I waited 40 minutes just to speak to a teller who was honestly kinda rude and had a attitude with me when all I wanted to know was my account number ?♀️
