Don’t worry. I’ll spread the word and this image like wildfire. Your special needs driver doesn’t seem to grasp the concept of traffic and instead would rather almost rear end me at a stop light and continue to follow at unsafe distances that most law enforcement would find citable.

A driver of one of your cars excessively sped through an active school zone of their own neighborhood and where my children go to school. I don’t think anyone who is this negligent should be driving a company vehicle. Shame on you.

PDS has the best customer service, they never hide things in small print and they always do the right thing! I would recommend this company over any other of it's kind. There are never any hidden costs and they are a business that stands by yours and your company's values. You can trust this company 110%!

I will never lease a Xerox from PDS or anyone again. With 3 months to go in our lease, we get bought by another Company. The new company assumed three of our leases, but our office was being closed due to the buyout. With only 3 months to go on our lease, they still charged us a lease cancellation charge that was double what the final three monthly payments would be. I can NOT recommend a company that will not work with someone in a situation such as this. They're comment... There is nothing we can do... Well, what I can do is tell Everyone I know!

UPDATE: thanks for your response. I continue to make payments on the lease.. would you consider it "valuing every customer" to not respond to my emails and calls? Also, are you aware your salesperson told me my equipment could be moved to a basement without a site visit? Now my machine is sitting in a garage covered in moving blankets for weeks while I pay $600+ a month for it? Perhaps if PDS really values their customers, they will pick up this machine, assume the lease since it sits unusable due to your salesperson's negligence. I wish there was an option for zero stars. I already left a review and PDS contacted yelp to have it removed on the basis that it did not include enough details, so I am happy to provide more details about my experience. I would really like to save other possible customers from dealing with this "business". COMMUNICATION The salesperson I dealt with most recently was Brick Spangler. While the previous salesperson also was often unprofessional, I will focus on my experience with Brock since that salesperson is no longer with the company. Brock's response times to emails was poor at best. Several emails and phone calls were never returned so I would have to call or email again a week later. Just this week he told me he would get back to me "tomorrow" on Monday. It is now Friday and he has not responded to my email. His communication was also very unprofessional. Although he rarely responded, when I did my yelp review, he emailed me "are you kidding me?" When I discussed concern over my lease payment, he said things like "pay it or never be able to get credit again, file for bankruptcy, shut the doors, get a lien on your business" etc which was not only employing scare tactics but also completely unnecessary. I did not ask for his financial advise nor did he have any basis for the comments he made. I simply wanted to negotiate a lower price on the buyout of our machine the same way you negotiate a lower lease and he was beyond rude. DISHONEST I opened a case with xerox customer relations regarding the buyout if my machine. Even though I have written proof to Brock that I wanted to continue to deal with xerox customer relations, he contacted them behind my back and closed my case. YELP- before allowing PDS to request to remove my review, please let me know but I believe I have included enough details about my experience this time.

PDS Xerox is a great company to work with and is my "Go to" for printer and copier repair in our Denver and Fort Collins offices. We have also been looking into moving our printers to a print management program they offer, which we look forward to.

I have had my Xerox 6180MFP for something like 7 years now. I am looking forward to a new machine but this one won't die. Over the years I have had a chance to get to know the owner of PDS, Troy, and he is all about taking care of the customer and you can tell its genuine. To me, its a pretty simple choice to buy from PDS Xerox. Its a good product backed by an owner and culture that I know will make things right if something does go wrong. I like when my risk is low, especially with larger dollar purchases.

I would recommend PDS in Fort Collins. I've worked with several folks at this office and they are a great group of folks. They are very knowledgeable about their products and can help determine the print and copy needs of your office, no matter what the size. I"m comfortable referring clients to PDS because I know they'll be treated well.

I love my printer/scanner, etc! I have a home based business and need to be able to print out color documents to give to my clients with samples, etc. The printer was a great bargain and great quality. It even has a scan to email option so I can scan things to my clients when needed also.
Thanks for the great equipment and great service setting it up for me as well.

Professional Document Solutions helped our company out with a scanning issue we were having. Our Xerox machine was tied up from people needing to make a copy, picking up their prints and making an outgoing fax and they always seemed to need to do this at the same time. To resolve this issue, we purchased some Fujitsu document scanners for each of our desks and it has helped the bottleneck issue tremendously. Thanks PDS!
