“My 99 year old grandmom had passed away and I was in charge of the funeral program. I had to catch a plane that afternoon to fly east for the funeral service and was in a time crunch. I had a PDF of the program that I had designed, but the self-service printer was glitching and not reading my file correctly. I was panicking and asked for help.
