We recently moved our kids from this Primerose location due to issues with how the school is run. There are some GREAT teachers here who really care and want to make a difference in the kids’ lives and we were really sad to leave them, however when weighed against the lack of communication and the unreliable childcare, which are driven by the owners and management, we just couldn’t make it work.1) this school chooses to follow PSD school closures for weather, which, when interviewing other schools, isn’t the norm. In their handbook it says they have the option to use discretion but they never do. In the 2 years we were there, if PSD closed, they close.2) there is a huge gap in communication. We had a child moved up to a new classroom without telling us; we found out at drop off when the teacher told us the child was in the next class. Additionally, they would not communication about teachers leaving/new teachers being in the room, which I understand is hard with constant turnover, but it is nice to know who my child is interacting with.

We had three kids attend Primrose and was overall disappointed in how the center operated, we eventually left. On the positive side, there were a few teachers at the center that were amazing and caring, however the negatives outweighed: 1. School closed for a full week a year ago for holidays yet charged full tuition, 2. School closes regularly for “cleaning”, short staffing, or any forecasted weather creating an undependable childcare center. 3. High turnover of staff and teachers. 4. We utilized after school pickup care and the center forgot to pickup our child at PSD school three times in the year.

have heard many awful things about this place.> The people that are running this place are no older that 25 years old and with no education in child care. The owner does not even live in the state.. Stay away.!!!!

They don't know how to treat a child with disabilities properly. The teachers there mentally abuse students who have trouble with certain development milestones such as speaking.

Seems like covid really hurt this place. Staff is revolving door (even at the top with directors). Finally got to a point where certain staff was so unprofessional in their interactions with our child, that we left. The owner and director completely avoided the entire situation as well. Not a word from either one of them. Send your kids somewhere where leadership is available and accountable.

My two boys have been going here for 10 months now, and we have had a good experience, especially now with new directors. The center seems to be ran very smoothly now, lots of friendly faces, consistency of teachers, and they are starting to do fun family events! All of the teachers we have had are amazing and friendly and I always feel like they are taking great care of my kids.

Very poor management. They do not follow sick policy allowed my son to be there with a fever because of staffing issues.

I worked here and loved this job and loved how they took care of my kids. However I was unexpectedly let go in late October, and I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY LAST PAYCHECK. I haven’t gotten paid for my last 2 weeks of work, but they didn’t have trouble charging me money for that week my kids were there. I have called and emailed countless times, with absolutely no resolve. I’ve tried being patient but I’ve gotten angry. My family is low income and the income I had from that job was vital. I feel scammed. (Disclaimer, this isn’t the fault of any staff or the director, this is an issue caused by the owner who couldn’t even be bothered to live in the same state) if you want to take your kids here, they’ll have a good time. But if your looking for a job, stay away.

I wish I could give this school a minusI went to this school on August. After talking to a couple schools in this area. There are all fully booked until next summer. I went to primrose even though they had some really bad reviews.Director Caylee was there. I told her my concern. I need to find a school for my son before my due day for my second one. She was 100 perfect for sure my son could attend school on November. And she said there was a big chance we could do it on November. In order to get that, I need to pay registration fee. I filled out documents And I did pay that right after I got home.At the end of November, I called caylee because I didn’t get any update after I paid. She said she would run a couple numbers and called me back. Then until today, I didn’t get any reply.I called her again this afternoon. She told me she still doesn’t have any open space for my son. she needed to run a couple numbers again and reply me. I told her I couldn’t wait for that because she let me down already. And she told me she had my email wrong. That’s why I didn’t get reply. But I did get email from them to ask for payment and my payment receipt. How could she still had my email wrong.I told her I just wanna my money back since I don’t trust them any more. She is like I don’t care what is the situations registration fee is non refundable. Lol. She could be a good robber. And She said she couldn’t recall at all that she used to tell me about November. In the end, I hope this school could get a big treasure by lying to people. And hope direct caylee could live a happy life as a liar. And I believe she could since she couldn’t recall anything important to others.

We've loved our time at Primrose! My daughter started in late Spring after she turned 5 and is finishing up the summer explorers program before starting Kindergarten in Fall. The staff and experience at Primrose has been amazing. My daughter loves Ms. Kristina and Mr. Thomas. For the summer program, they go one multiple field trips each week and have cool learning experiences in the classroom such as science experiments and a visit from an organization with insects. Highly recommend!
