Had a 10:00 am appointment and Miranda got me right in did soft ware update offered a ride to get something to eat kept me updated and was out in no time !! Explained the issues I had with my vehicle throughly !! Being I drove from Nebraska was tickled to be treated so good !! Thank You Miranda !!!

I’ve been taking my Volvos to Pedersen’s in Fort Collins, Colorado for years. I told my daughter she was not allowed to use a shop in Loveland because the service was mediocre at best! On the contrary, I tell my friends and anyone I meet when we’re discussing our Volvos, that I get the best service at Pedersen Volvo!!!!! We’ve owned a C70. We own a XC90, and just purchased a GORGEOUS XC60 Volvo.
The service is a major reason why I gladly purchase Volvos! When I state service, I mean ALL SERVICES!!!!!

I had bad experience with my recent service. I showed them that only one button was not working when they were taking my car in for service out of two buttons for the closing the trunk; one with 'lock and close', the other is 'just close'.
Only one of the buttons were not working before the service. I asked them to give me an estimate to fix that botton which they gave and I decided to not fix the one button to lock and close. But after the service both the button stopped working I cannot close the trunk with any button now. I have to close it manually or have to get it fixed for over $1200.
I asked them to set it back as it was before the service to which they said the car was like that and if I want to fix it we have to replace whole thing.
How can a thing that was working stops working immediately after the service???

This Volvo dealership has the most amazing staff and customer service. I purchased an XC90 from them in 2018 and it was the best decision I could have ever made for buying a car. Every maintenance visit has been completed with a keen attention to detail, and each experience is pleasant start to finish. They always go above and beyond and I am grateful for this dealership to be in our community.

Absolutely love Pedersen Volvo for their great customer service and amazing salesmen. I’ll only be coming to this dealership from now on. Chris Rodger’s and Brandon helped me buy an suv I had been searching a long time for! They not only got me the price I wanted, but they made the buying process so fast and easy. They truly care about their customers and I can’t recommend them enough!

Highly, highly recommend this dealership. This is a long time Front Range business that works effectively with customers in a highly professional manner. If you want the typical strained and uncomfortable dealer/customer relationship, do NOT come to Pedersen. If you enjoy an honest, highly competent and truly professional experience THIS IS IT. I’ve bought two cars with Ryan Schlote and highly recommend Ryan. Service has been great too.

My experience was amazing! This was my first time buying a car here, and Ryan Schlote was very helpful and gave us a great experience with professional service. He was very kind and also knowledgeable. Some car dealers might put some pressure on customers, but Ryan did not put any pressure and helped me with the whole process. We are long term time Pederson Volvo customers… Micheal in service is the BEST.. I always feel very taken care of...he sets an accurate expectation and I trust his judgement… of course, the service technicians’ work has been of very high quality. I never feel pressured.. same with Wayne Roys in Sales- I appreciate his professionalism and insights.. never feel pressured. And, my XC90 and our XC60 is so fun to drive…
