My family is thrilled to have found this veterinary practice. The Drs and staff are some of the kindest, most compassionate people for the care of our pets that I have found not only in Ft. Collins, but in other states where we have lived. They listen attentively, they offer advice and recommendations for any issue raised, and through their demeanor as they treat our pets, they calm any apprehension they may have for being in a vet's office. As strange and unusual as it seems, my Charli (whippet/pit) and Mylesdavis (grey tabby) look forward to their visits. The office is comfortable, the staff is friendly and professional, and the doctors are exceptionally attentive and knowledgeable. On top of all that, they are affordable which is much appreciated during these uncertain economic times. I can't recommend this veterinary practice enough.

I was recommended to Dr. Schramm from my long time vet Dr. Dressen....I was skeptical at first as we have taken my furry and scaly kiddos to Dr. Dressen since 1997 but when she closed her clinic and started working out of her home, we needed a more "surgically" suited vet as well. She referred us to Dr. Schramm as she taught him and his wife at CSU and I couldn't be more pleased with him and his staff. They get right to the point, take time to discuss (not like Dr. DRESSEN but close, she still is the most amazing vet I know!), and seem to actually care (not like Dr. Dressen again but close)...and in any case, I trust Dr. Schramm and Dr. West with all 4 of my furry kids. The staff is also AMAZING! I literally would not give PNC 5 stars if it weren't for the staff! High five to all of you! Sarah, seriously thank you for dealing with us...seriously! And everyone else who I forget your names, lol!

Office staff that truly cares. They take time to chat with you about what's going on with your furbabies and don't push medicine like other vets. Very affordable.

We took our 7 year old Golden Retriever to see De. Schramm today for a skin issue. He was personable and informative. He examined our dog and made common sense recommendations. He did not try to sell services we did not need or want (which was a breath of fresh air). He suggested conservative treatment for the skin issue and did not order a bunch of unnecessary tests. He spent plenty of time with us answering questions and did not rush us, even though he had a full morning of appointments. To top it off, the charge was quite reasonable. His office staff and Vet Tech were top notch. We are so relieved we have found a great vet care team for our dog!

I moved my kittens and dogs to this vet about 10 months ago. They were absolutely amazing during COV-19 restrictions and their prices prefect for me with top notch care. I don't ever feel like I'm being ripped off. My Great Dane got a pexy and neuter and it was $500-$800 cheaper than any other vets I called before changing vets. Dr. Schramm called me personally after every exam to inform me of what was done and how things went, even after just a simple annual exam. The staff is so kind and loving towards my furbabies. They're professional and the clinic is extremely clean. I feel like they care and are very knowledgeable. If you're looking for an amazing vet, where your animals get exceptional care, this place is it. I was honestly was tired of feeling ripped off by the cost of exams and meds at other clinics with mediocre care. If you're new to Ft Collins, I'd recommend checking them out for yourself and your furbabies.

I brought in my Mexican Black Kingsnake, Zim. I brought him in for a respiratory infection & they got him in right as I got there & the appointment only took half an hour. Everyone I talked to was so kind, knowledgeable, & helpful. The vet was SO wonderful & every vet tech I talked to was so sweet & professional! I will never go anywhere else for my snakes because I am so pleased with the experience I had with them.THANK YOU!!! :)
