We had the pleasure of working with Jen P. as our floral designer for our baby shower in June. We were blown away with how she not only made incredibly beautiful arrangements but also created the exact look we were wanting for our shower. Jen's creativity, design work, work ethic, and customer service were beyond our expectations. I asked them to make something for me as a gift, and gave them a price I was willing to pay. They were quite dishonest about the things they put together. I don’t mind paying for labor, but their “itemized” list, which I requested, was not even made. Be careful.

I placed an order via phone to Palmer Florist in Fort Collins as I now live out of state. They were very professional, discussed my needs with them and they were very accommodating. The flower delivery was timely and the colorful boquet was as requested and met the birthday need for my family member. I appreciated the ease in ordering long distance over the phone. I also received an email receipt and notice once the delivery was made. I would recommend Palmer Florist and will use them again in the future.

UPDATE: Upgraded star rating from 2 to 5 stars. The day after I wrote my original review (below), a manager called my husband, sincerely apologized for our delivery experience, and offered to deliver a new, large bouquet to make up for it. She really went above and beyond, which is so rare these days. I am thrilled with my new (huge!) bouquet, and my husband and I will happily buy from here again now that we know that the staff truly cares about their customers. This is the way to run a business. Thank you!

My husband bought me an anniversary bouquet today. I was so happy to get it, but when I went to smell the beautiful flowers, they smelled like cigarette smoke. I am so disappointed. It seems like the delivery person was smoking in the van (since I doubt smoking is allowed inside the actual shop). I hope the cigarette smell goes away so I can enjoy the flowers.
Also, my husband said the delivery person was knocking super loudly, yelling "hello" through our screen door, and ringing the doorbell incessantly. He was on an important call for work, and I'm sure she could hear him through the door. But he wasn't able to step away.
Finally, after she rang the doorbell three times in a row again, he had to interrupt his meeting to answer the door. She was knocking so aggressively that he thought something was wrong (like our house was on fire or something!).
This just isn't cool. Even without the cigarette-smelling flowers, this delivery experience was enough for him to say that he won't be ordering from here again. When you pay close to $90 for a small bouquet, you expect better.
