My car need an immediate battery change since I had to call the insurance twice per jump start that day! the stuff at this O'Reilly l9cation where so helpful and kind and immediately helped. Heaven were amazing! He hped to change the battery very fast in a freezing cold weather! Well done!

I don't often leave reviews, but this store deserves real recognition. I've been shopping at this O'Reilly for 7 years, because it's always been great. I drive past two competing parts stores that are closer to my house to go here specifically, because of the knowledge, expertise, and exceptional level of service at store 2725. Yesterday, my preference towards O'Reilly and this location specifically was completely confirmed when I had an unexpected need for brake parts. I walked in the store fully expecting to spend $240 on parts, but they were able to track down my previous purchases and warranties--which I didn't even realize were there--and I left the store with brand new parts having spent zero. Evan went out of his way (without me asking!) to look up my previous purchases and located the warranty. I thought that the way my parts failed would preclude them from warranty coverage, so he asked his manager, Stephanie, and she didn't hesitate to approve it. At every other company when I've tried to get a warranty replacement for something I've had to push and justify against an unwilling employee. But here, Stephanie and Evan went far above and beyond to seriously help me even when I didn't ask for it - all the while with smiles on their faces, making me feel like I was their best friend. I can't express how grateful I am for them and their eagerness to go the extra mile for their customers. As I said before, I'm a long-time O'Reilly customer, but this experience has cemented me for life.
