I have to give praises to JD, Chris and staff for going above and beyond excellent service. I had a problem with the sun roof on my 2016 Lincoln MKC. I had a problem with the roof not opening or closing properly and most often not opening at all. I spent money for repairs at a local Ford dealership to have it adjusted properly only to pick it up not functioning at all. I was told I needed total glass replacement with a hefty price attached. I casually stopped by their Novus shop to ask their opinion and the next thing I know they moved it into the shop and started working on it. After an hour or so the shop was closing for the weekend and asked me to bring it back the next week to do some more adjusting and lubrication on it. I gratefully accepted the offer and I'm pleased to say they had it working as good as new without replacing any parts! The best part was that they wouldn't accept payment because I was a valued customer from previous windshield repairs. Now that's loyalty to their customers. They know their stuff!!

I gotta say these guys at Novus glass in Ft Collins are some of the best in the business!! JD who answered the phone to making the appointment was the most friendly and knowledgeable guy in helping me and my wife get our new w/s for the Audi Q5 made the dreaded experience so easy and pleasant! Know it sounds weird but we’re lucky here in FT Collins to have a great glass replacement place! They definitely set themselves apart in the service industry!!

We had our windshield replaced and the associated automatic sensors recalibrated at Novus and were entirely pleased. They got us into the shop within two days of calling and did the repair with excellent customer service. Would highly recommend.

I want to think Cris who took the time to give me his advice about my cracked windshield. I was frantically looking for help. Since I am not from Colorado. Not many businesses were being helpful in regards of even answering their phone. Once I got a hold of the staff at NOVUS glass they asked me to stopped by. And Cris gave me his best advice and I felt really acknowledged of the concerns I had since I was 1200 miles away from home. Thank you Cris and the team at NOVUS Glass in Fort Collins Colorado for helping settle my worries. I definitely recommend this business when it comes to windshield help!

Great shop! Professional, courteous, efficient and as I waited for my windshield to be replaced and the safety features recalibrated, I listened to the banter between the front desk people and I could see that they were happy and enjoyed their work!
