The supervisors connected with the community centers lied to me about why seating was taken out. They are knowingly making the decision to disenfranchise homeless people by removing seating. I was even denied a chair (doing remote work after a workout) and had to sit on the floor.
Some of you who read this review may applaud these decisions by the city, but it's cruel and it means that the community centers don't serve the entire community.

Me and my girlfriend came to the Azlan center to pay for a shower like we did like a year prior. My girlfriend has seizures where she has injured herself severly in the past so I'm also her care giver. Take note I'm an African American male with a younger white woman. As soon as we hit the door I had my bike she kinda In a disrespectful manner pointed back at the saying no bikes with me not knowing they changed to no bikes. So then my girlfriend gave her a cash app card to pay while I took the bike outside. Returning inside I can see Julie really getting aggressive with my girlfriend about the card. So she asked for my card and I'm confident because I paid with my cash app card alot knowing it keeps record of all transactions. So I just give her my regular id. She said she couldn't find me. So I'm almost confident me and my girlfriend was there together around this time last year. Miss Julie became this confident Karen telling us we need to leave and she's calling the police. I'm sitting here thinking about all the money I spent with my cash card and how they had this young kid engage into their racist actions by telling us we need to move and loiter while we was the only people at the desk. Cops came and told us we got trespassed until tomorrow is Sunday. Not open. Miss Julie went to the back not wanting to give her name. I filed a complaint because her behavior towards the homeless and her effort to keep us from a shower. My girlfriend had a seizure off property. This particular Azlan should forfeit all money from donors who give money for helping the homeless. Denver Azlan does more to help the community and don't teach these young kids to hate the homeless. I personally went to Denver Azlan and clearly see how this staff in fort Collins need a lesson learned. I have all my transactions ready to show proving she profiled me or didn't type my name right. Julie, or should I say Karen set us back 400 more years

The showers have some functionality issues. Every electrical outlet is locked, so do not expect to use an electric grooming accessory or charge a phone.Price for entry: $6.00Ticket type: Day Pass

Love the multiple pickle ball time slots. Although they are dedicated to all levels, there is definitely a predominance of players that, in their opinion, are better than maybe a level down from them. This has discouraged many lower level players from participation at NSCC. It would be more inclusive to designate half of those time slots to those players who don't consider them selves as upper level. Thanks for listening.

I've been going to this location for a couple of months now. The gym upstairs isn't huge, but it has nice equipment and it's rarely busy. There are also two fitness studios upstairs for classes. I started working with Theresa, a trainer on staff, and it has been so helpful. She is super encouraging, and now I feel like I'm working out with purpose instead of just wondering if what I'm doing is making any difference. Training is paid per session, or you can buy training sessions in bulk to make the sessions much more affordable. Theresa makes things fun, and the time passes by quickly. When you join the community center, you also have access to the pools, ice rink and the Foothills Activity Center, which is located at the mall. I like that there are no "annual fees" tacked onto your membership like a typical gym might do. You also aren't auto-charged / they don't keep your credit card on file. Overall my experience has been great.

The site is pretty clean for as busy as it is all the time! The staff has treated us well and seem to not hold judgement on anyone including the homeless who just need to chill, or take a hot shower. I think they are setting examples for the rest of people out there, reminding people there is only one judge, and we all have hard times. Thank you to all the staff for being so kind and always having a smile on your faces......much love!!
