I had a 7 year old Lennox heat pump that died. NoCO Air advocated with Lennox to honor their 10 year warranty and repair the condenser coil. When Lennox sent out the coil it did not fit the unit, so NoCO Air once again went to bat for me to convince Lennox to completely replace the condenser. NoCO Air got the job done in record time once the condenser arrived. NoCO Air went above and beyond to resolve the broken condenser, their team is fabulous!

I’m hoping to revise this if they get their act together, but it’s been 5 weeks with no AC. Very nice people, but they just can’t get the job done.

After looking at a couple of different companies, we decided to use Northern Colorado Air to install AC for our home. We're very glad we did! Wes came out and despite several issues with how our furnace and ducts were installed, was able to correct those issues to properly install our AC even though it took significantly more time than he had allotted. He communicated clearly throughout the process and really made sure to take the time he needed to do the job right. We're extremely happy with our system and some of the upgrades he completed to ensure that our system would work for us. It's refreshing this day and age to see that there are still people who will put in the extra effort to do things right, and not just patch it together for a year or two until it breaks again. We're so grateful to Wes and Northern Colorado Air for doing a fantastic job and sticking to the bid price despite some added difficulties. We'd recommend them to anyone!

6.18.24 Scheduled an appt. for this morning for furnace service at 2 properties. Called yesterday to confirm. Tech never showed. After many years of annual furnace service we are switching to another company due to poor service.

What a joke. Called and explained I needed commercial service on A/C until. I was told July was earliest. I said, "OK." I was transferred to another woman, who said "How can we help you? " after already fully explaining I was calling for service, but was unsure of an underlying problem. She replied, "yeah, we can't help you." That was a waste of 12 minutes. A business unwilling to even schedule an appointment. OK.

Honest company! Our Technician John fixed our issue instead of replacing the part, saving us hundreds of dollars! I’d called a different company initially and after they inspected the small leak, we were quoted quite a bit to replace a box (source of leak) and 2 other parts as “recommended preventative maintenance”. I called Northern Colorado Air for a second opinion and Jason advised those 2 parts could be cleaned, and wouldn’t recommend replacing until needed. I told him about the leak and the part we were told needed replaced, and he ordered that part, as my description of the issue and the initial quote from the other company made sense. Fast forward to our visit, and our Technician John said the leak was coming from that box, but typically the seal fails and could be resealed versus replacing the box. This is the kind of company all other companies should model themselves after! Thank you Jason and John, we will be customers for life!

On the eve of what is going to be our coldest weather event my heater decided to stop working in the late evening. (short cycling and blowing cold air) I called a few 24 hour providers. One did not answer (hmm) One offered a Saturday appointment (it was Thursday night) the other put me "on the priority list" Lo and behold NCA said "i think we can get someone out" and they did. Benjamin arrived an hour or so later, quickly diagnosed the issue, thankfully had the part and was able to get the repair done. And I was able to sleep. Thank you NCA and Benjamin. Great service.

Blake was extremely knowledgable and very professional. He explained everything he was doing and we want him back! He even explained possible future issues to look for and how to avoid them. Amazing service!

Blake did a great job. We pay for checkups every six months. The front office doesn’t do a good job of setting up appointments or communication in general. That’s why it’s four rather than five stars.

After we decided to switch HVAC companies, Ken came out to complete our annual furnace maintenance. He also adjusted the wiring configuration and electronics so that our 2 stage Lennox furnace would operate using both stages. He also fixed our humidifier which hadn’t worked since it was installed in February by a different company. Happy to find a service company that truly takes care of its customers.
