About Northern Colorado Access Point
NCAP is a free anonymous syringe access program (also known as a needle exchange). As part of NCHN and the rest of the Colorado Health Network, we serve those affected by or at risk of HIV.
Our Fort Collins office provides a variety of harm reduction services - as well as free sterile syringes, we also have other free sterile paraphernalia, first aid supplies, naloxone (also known by the brand name Narcan), fentanyl testing strips, and safer sex supplies such as condoms and lube.
NCHN also provides free testing for HIV, hepatitis C, and some STIs, and hosts a low-barrier weekly suboxone clinic.
