My husband's previous agent made a confusing mess of his car insurance. Once we were able to figure out and explain what had happened to Jennifer, she had it fixed and a new policy ready for him the same day. She saved us a ton of trouble dealing and was polite, professional, and proactive through the whole mess.

The person who assisted me was very rude and cold. Spoke in past tense to me about "what I should've done" when I reported my claim, after I went through something terrible. Outside the point, they of course found a way to deny my claim. Actually the 2nd time I've needed their help and found no resolution. Main issue is the rudeness coming from one of the agents there. Rates are high, I would never recommend this agency for any kind of policy.

The staff here are absolutely wonderful, they’re so kind and helpful. I haven’t had one bad experience here. Unfortunately my insurance was very high once I got a new car so I had to switch over to a different place. Although I’m switching over I need to share how great my experience was here. You just can’t beat this kind, caring, and secure treatment. Thank you for everything!

I love State Farm. All of my insurance is with them back in Hawaii. So of course I want to go with them for my son's Renter's Insurance. (Grad school at CSU). They were extremely helpful in setting it up for us! I recommend them!

Spare yourself the emotional distress and obtain your insurance with anyone else. I'm not sure how people in this office can be so flippant about obtaining a rental car but for me it was a time sensitive issue vital to my livelihood. I'm a single mom who works at 6am. The behavior of the individuals in this office was disappointing and by the end of this ordeal, uncalled for. I'm not sure what happened to common decency, but it saddens me I served my country so people like this could have the freedom to treat people in such a way. I began calling for a rental car at 7:15am. After numerous calls and misinformation, I ended my day at 4pm crying on the phone in Hertz after Adrienne Gibson yelled at me, dismissed me, and left me on the line with a claims representative. Please don't utilize State Farm, especially this local agent for insurance. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. UPDATE: I didn't get a single communication from Napoleon Gibson until I left a review on Facebook.

Best State Farm office in town!! Family owned, stellar service, always there to answer my questions. Extremely happy that I chose this office when I moved to Ft Collins 4 years ago. Highly recommend!!

We’ve been with Napoleon’s agency for 7-8 years. I did leave for a ‘broker agency’ 12 months ago but missed with personal service and friends & family service his office always provided so came right back. They are always there for what ever we need.Highly recommend Agent Nap!

Napoleon Gibson and the team at State Farm are extremely responsive, professional and helpful. Every time I have a question or concern, they are there to help and answer questions. Napoleon has gone above and beyond for me several times to always make things right. He understands what people are going through and understands the importance of good customer service. I am always so grateful for their help.

Always been and always will be a State Farm insured. State Farm covers their customers and shows it when in need. You truly get what you pay for here and I wouldn't want to risk any liability with insurance anywhere else.

You can definitely disregard any 1 star reviews you read here. I have been a client of Napolean Gibson since I can remember. "Nap" and his staff have a genuine care for their clients and are always spot on when it comes to needing immediate assistance. They are always very friendly and possess excellent customer service skills. If you are looking to insure any type of vehicle or home you absolutely can't go wrong with this group. All it takes is one phone call and you will immediately understand that what I've stated holds great relevance. Do yourself a justice and get in touch with them today!!!

I don't make it a habit to leave negative reviews, but they asked me to via email, so here yah go. I called in for a quote while I was buying my first home, spoke to a very friendly gentleman and the quote came in $500.00 lower than any other quote I got, awesome! I went with them, happy as can be then I got a follow-up call asking when I wanted to switch my car insurance over to them so that I would be able to keep my original quote. This wasn't spoken about at all with me originally, but I asked how much would it be to switch over- my car insurance would increase by more than 500 dollars a year if I switched. I was mad, asked why in the world would you include a discount that I don't actually qualify first and was told that that is common practice for all insurance companies (ironic seeing as all the other companies I got quotes from did not include this practice). I gave them 2 stars because they did give me a year with the discount anyway and everyone I spoke to was very polite even when I was heated and I know that's a hard job- but I felt lied to and taken advantage of.
