Before sitting us at our chairs the front desk woman murmured "good luck" in a rude manner which i will say quite offended me, after sitting i order a salted caramel and rude judgemental glances were exchanged amongst one another. Had me rolling. Later on i find myself in an exchange of looks with what looked to be a damn cockroach. When the man took notice he just looked like he aint see a damn thing but i know we were looking at the same cockroach. It nears his chair and in a failed yet tried attempt the man tried to swiftly stomp the cockroach unfortunately it lived on and moved to the woman who was working on my feet. She just didnt acknowledge it. After that didnt see it. Final product looked midly large (he asked if she wanted a small medium or large french tip. she said medium). They switched on who was doing who and i was now with the man who then said "for you 76" I thought the menu said 56 with an extra for polish but how did it jump so high is my only question.

Poorest experience ever. Been here twice. The first time I was interrogated about where I had gotten my previous set she did ok and overall talked and smiled. Second time the guy was rude would throw, push, and pull my hands. I asked for a color he said it was too sheer and asked me to choose another one. For my length and shape he proceeded to not listen and laugh when I would ask him to not round my nails.

Always get wonderful service. People that work here are so pleasant.
Cleanliness: Shop is always clean. Take precautions to made sure pedi tubs are clean for every person.

Stylist: My daughter and I went in for pedicures. We were pleasantly surprised how low key it was compared to a few years ago when they hounded us for more services. They worked quickly and checked with us to be sure the service was satisfactory during the massage. We were brought our complementary beverage and enjoyed the overall experience. 4 stars because language barrier is difficult, but I would go back!

My sister and I came in on June 7, and the place was INFESTED with these little flying beetles. I noticed it right away and was about to say something until two of the nail techs that weren’t doing anything noticed about 40 of them on a paper towel roll. I thought they would take it outside but instead they shook it out onto the ground… Come to find out, these bugs were coming from a flower bush outside that they chopped a bunch of flowers off of and put them in a bunch of vases next to each station. I tried to sit still and not say anything while I watched them crawl all over the place but then they started flying into my hair and face. My sister and I started freaking out and the nail tech made fun of us and started calling us scared.. No I wasn’t scared, I was disgusted.

I’M NEW TO AREA FROM TEXAS AND STOPPED IN TO SOAK OFF AND GET A NEW SET. KEN WAS MY NAIL TECH AND LET ME TELL YOU HE WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AND I LOVW MY NAILS. EVEN THO IT WAS CLOSING TIME HE DIDNT RUSH. HE TOOK HIS TIME AND MADE SURE I WAS HAPPY. I WILL MOST DEFINITELY MAKE THE HOUR DRIVE FEOM LARAMIE TO COME BACK HERE. JUST FOUND MY NAIL TECH FOR THE NEXT FEW MONTHS WHILE I WORK UP HERE.

I went to Nail Bar for the first time this past Friday, May 10th. I am very disappointed with the pedicure I received. I asked for gel polish, which I received. The polish job is what a 10 year old would do. Sloppy. I have polish on areas that are beyond my nails. Polish missing from other parts of my nails. Plus on two of my nails there is something stuck in the polish leaving lumps. Also, my two big toes were cut into different shapes. I will not go back here. I paid a lot of money for not even a mediocre pedicure.

I came in as a walk in today and Christina did an amazing job on my acrylic set with cherry ? designs!! I loved every minute they offered me a complimentary drink and had a huge menu of options! I also had a facial wax and everyone was very professional and skilled! Thank you!!

I'm not sure why there is such a low score on this place. I avoided it because of the reviews, but then TWO of my friends recommended it and gave me their specific tech name and I was so impressed! I'm going back for sure, and I'm picky. My technician (Nina, ssh lol) was friendly and communicated well, she wasn't pushy at all, all of the instruments and pieces looked to be cleaned regularly and looked clean, the tub was covered in a one time use plastic so as to stay clean, the massage chair was wonderful, the free drink came from many many coffee and alcohol and non-alcoholic options from a menu, the services had tons of different options, the massage was lengthy and comfortable, and my toes look great! My technician knew exactly how to do them the way I wanted, rounded without sharp corners poking me, and my skin feels great from the products, which were one time use and also sanitary. She was so nice to even give my little one a seat and drink and pillow while she waited. I went on a weekday morning so it wasn't busy and it wasn't loud and I watched a worker go around and serve drinks and clean up. I thought it was great. Now, of course it's possible that people had other technicians who were required to push Products on people or maybe they didn't do their toes well, but mine was great. I will say that I chose a brand of polish that I've had great experience with which was OPI and I didn't use the cheaper brand polish. But I didn't do any special treatment to my toes and they look great even the next day. I will be back and I hope the other people have experiences as good as mine was. I will adjust my review if something changes. Instead of credit cards, they accept cash or Venmo or Zelle and there's a two dollar discount for paying cash. I made an appt which made it easy. I think if you don't have a great experience, it might be good to get the name of your technician and write it down and purposely try a different one next time. Because the place itself I didn't have any problem with. It was a great combination of massage chair plus clean foot basin.

Multiple bleeding wounds on my feet and completely misshapen too short nails gives this the title of worst pedicure I’ve had. Bummer.

My partner has been a client here longer than I have, but within the first couple visits, I knew this is *the* place to get your nails done in/around the Fort Collins area. They’re kind, quick, and very very good at what they do. We’ve had several different nail techs and each person’s set of skills is equivalent and relevant to what you ask if you want a design, etc.. and on top of everything, you get a complimentary drink and you get to relax.
Side note: being queer, nailbar has offered the most welcoming experience. Every. Single. Time. Aside from the usual hetero glare from most customers, the staff has always helped and treated us no different than anyone else.
Their prices are worth the talent, efficiency, and overall service you receive. I love getting to tell people where I get my nails done, this salon is the best!

When I first moved here, it was so hard to find a place that did fills and full sets, but they do it all. Staff are always friendly and the salon is always clean.
