“After being completely misled and charged hundreds of dollars for setting up a wireless service and phone plan with services I asked not to be added as well as completely untrue information about trade in value at the HARMONY STORE (stay as far away as you can!!!!), I went to the store on JFK. They completely rectified the harmony stores’ lies and false information. They listened to all of my concerns and were very understanding and really made a difference. I really appreciate their concern, care, and effort to fix everything that I experienced. It was a completely different experience at this store. Everything was explained in depth and I was able to clearly understand the contract and was given all of the options upfront without misleading information. Matt and Morgan are the best!!! This time was much different. Great experience!
The representative (Charles) was outstanding. He was patient in with working with multiple customers in the store. He kept a very calm disposition and never made anyone feel left out or frustrated. I was buying a new phone which took a bit longer than some of the other customers and I didn't mind letting others get their transactions completed while my phone was transferring data.
So felt really good about purchasing from this store and will again.
