Very disappointed on the visits my dad had with the doctor. Not once did he have a thorough exam. All she did was send referrals for him to see specialists. He was not feeling well. I took him in for a checkup, did nothing but question him. 3 days later, he's being admitted to the hospital with pneumonia. I would not recommend anyone to this facility

I just have to say that I am thankful for Dr. Prema Jacob. I started seeing her when I moved here from Florida the summer of 2022. I was in really bad shape. Thankfully, with her help, I have lost 75 pounds and feel better than I have in over a decade. I truely feel that she saved my life by getting to the root of the problem instead of just sticking a bandaid on it. I have white coat syndrome, so doctors offices are never fun for me, but her and her care team (Janie, Katie, and Z: you all rock!!!) have always made me feel comfortable and I feel they truly care.

Good care. Used the MVP program prior to getting insurance and it was a great option. Thanks everyone!

Dear Dr. Bender, I've been a patient at Miramont for years & have spent thousands of dollars on RX's my doctor's prescribed not covered by insurance. This includes, but is not limited to, BioT. This review is in regard to my wait time to receive semi-glutide prescribed by my doctor & also the wait time I've had to spend to see my doctor. First, MARGIE & the entire rx ordering system is severely broken. I was proactive in ordering my semi-glutide on Jan 2nd through Miramont's "Margie" Case Tracker system that I need this Friday, Jan 12th. The text message received after placing my order read, "Hi, this is JOY at Miramont. Your confirmation number is _____ & you can track the status at ____ (link to the Margie Case Tracker). I clicked on the link & it showed my request had been "Received" & was "In Queue" dated Jan 2nd & "Will Respond Shortly." Today it is Jan 9th & the exact same information is still showing in Margie. I was told by your front office staff that Joy is the only person who places the RX orders for 25,000 patients! That is completely ludicrous! We patients are suffering because there is only one person handling the orders. I had an appt today & planned to make my inquiry in person for that reason. I learned that, even though my order had been placed in Margie, Joy won't actually place the order until I paid for it. Unfortunately for me, Joy was at another location today. I obviously paid for it, but I'm furious because I should have at least been contacted on Jan 3rd or 4th to pay for it so the order would have gone in! Now I'm sure I won't receive it by this Friday & my injections will stop. As you know, you shouldn't just stop using semi-glutide. This current incident piggybacks on a previous issue where the death of the semi-glutide manufacturer's owner occured. Most of us had to stop the injections because the shipments completely stopped. However, not one word was sent out to patients. Joy wouldn't return calls & the front staff initially told me "She's very busy doing something for Dr. Bender this week." Then after another week went by they said, "There's some sort of issue with the shipments." Later still I found out the actual reason the shipments stopped but again, there was zero communication from Miramont. That incident & now this one is totally unacceptable. In addition, the cost of the semi-glutide went up $30 & isn't covered by my insurance. Despite that, my triglycerides are now significantly lower & I've lost 40# with another 20 to go, so to me, the cost has been worth it. However, I feel totally disrespected & insignificant as a long time patient of Miramont & I'm going to look elsewhere to purchase the semi-glutide if I don't receive my order by this Friday. Next, the length of time I have had to wait to see my doctor. I am in my 60s and I still work at an 8:00 to 5:00, extremely stressful job. Therefore, when I go in for my appointments, I expect to see my doctor within a reasonable amount time. By reasonable, I mean approximately 30 minutes after I arrive at the most. Over this past year the length of time I have had to wait has increased substantially. At times it's been between one and two hours! In the meantime, I'm becoming super stressed as I sit & wait because of the urgency I feel to return to my job because there's only three of us in our department serving 1500 employees. In addition, the long waits drastically eat into my sick leave which is valuable to me & which I always keep a reserve in case it may be needed in the future. I've actually begun to wonder if the reason I'm waiting so long is so I can see all the cosmetic surgeries & products you're selling on the tv's in the waiting & exam rooms! I love my doctor dearly. She's the best I've ever had & don't want to leave, but "enoug

Beware this facility, Dr. Weixelman was distracted, thoughtless, careless and forgetful. I left a critique with her office, she cut off care refusing to transition me to another provider.* Miramont only allows you access to 'Quality physicians' when you commit to $1,000 a year fee.

Sadly I had a very bad experience in my last visit. I had my 3rd visit with Dr. Janice She was nice on the first two, not "too caring" but decently nice. The place is walking distance from my house and they always have open appointments in a decent time frame. My last visit with Dr Janice, her phone start ringing while I was talking with her, without saying a world she took the phone out, look at the screen and picked up the call, again, she didnt say "sorry" or anything. And she then said "I'm with a patient, can you wait 2 minutes in line?" she enter the room 5 minutes before that. I felt soo uncared.. then she put the phone on the table, without muting it, and put the face like "anything else?" Yes I had a lot of question she just came in... I continue talking but not feeling confident specially because the phone was not muted, and she definitely didnt care about me. Anyway. sadly this will be my last visit. Also the lady at reception is always at a bad mood. Not unresentful, just bad energy every single time.Nurses are always super nice. Parking is super easy. Location was perfect for me. And they always have appointments in a decent time frame. Also they do most of the blood work in house too. Sadly, they just dont care.

Dr. Lowther is great, and everyone else including Ginger in the front desk. Love the staff, but I only have one complaint. With the Adderall shortages since last year, its been a hassle filling those prescriptions and the staff has been great redirecting the prescription to whatever pharmacy I find but lately I've been trying to change my prescription due to no availability and it's been difficult getting a hold of anyone about it. I've left messages about telehealth, drop ins, or over the phone conversation about changing my medication but haven't been able to to. Dr. Lowther is great but her availability is not. I'll change my review to a 5 star if this is handled soon.

I've been a patient at Miramont for 15 years, and have been treated by several physicians over the years. More than a year ago, Dr. K. Lowther became my PCP. Without question, Dr. Lowther is far and away the best PCP I've ever had. Ever. Moreover, the support team there, from Ginger to Kim and Joy and others, provide excellent support. Dr. Lowther is clearly aware of my lengthy medical history; it's as if I were the only patient Dr. Lowther treats: always kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about me and my health.I could not be in better hands, and I highly recommend Dr. Lowther/Miramont in the event you are in need of a new PCP. Easily, a 5-star physician and practice. In addition, Dr. Lowther is always on time and prepared for my visits!

I have been seeing Dr Lowther with Miramont family medicine for almost five years. She and her staff have always been pleasant and I have always been able to get in to see her when I need an appointment. She always takes time to answer all my questions and makes me feel comfortable as well as being knowledgeable pertaining to any issue I may be experiencing. I highly recommend her.
