MetroPCS is not the top-rated phone company around, however they have improved over the years. They need to work on their inventory, everytime I go and want to change phone upgrade or what-have-you they rarely have the phone that I'm wanting to purchase. And then again they may call all other stores in the vicinity to see if they have the one available. All in all the prices aren't that bad, especially with inflation.These days most places are all around the same price when you comes down to the bottom line. They have specials going on all the time, and their selection is really improved as well. I would refer somebody to go to Metro PCS for their business.

Decent, but not so great service. Customer care is hit and miss, but the instore employees at this location are always friendly and willing to help.

Well they were really great there except for the girl forgot to transfer my number from my other phone company which it took me like an hour to do and she gave me a new phone number. But I just called them and they fixed it.

Always had good experience until recently. One gal in particular always makes us feel like an inconvenience and is short with us. Also have been trying to call every day for the past few days and noone answers the phone. I was so happy to find a south store. If we didnt have an iPhone on order at the north store, I wouldnt ever go back there. South store is great!!UPDATE- Well..tried again. Went to the store in person to see when the phone on order will be in. They said only manager knows and she is in from 10-2. I work those hours and cant go in to talk to her. They said it takes about a week....its been 2. Tried calling today 5 times...no answer then a machine picks up and says they are busy and to call back and hangs up. Then got a busy signal repeatedly. ?

Do not go to this store!!! You will receive the absolute worst customer service. They were rude and unprofessional. The girl who "helped" me was clueless. Maybe she was new? The other girl was so busy flirting she couldn't be bothered to help. I wouldn't care if Metro was offering free phones and service, I would NEVER go back to this place.

I used to come to this store for the customer service but that has quickly taken a turn for the worst the new employees have no training/knowledge whatsoever.. I bought a 5g phone a few months ago from this store and it suddenly wouldn’t power on. It was in perfect condition and the store employees did not offer any remedy to my issue. Instead they insisted I switch to boost mobile!. I won’t be coming back to this store again
