I have used McCormicks previously and continue to do so. recently. I had a very difficult to diagnose problem with the engine and electrical which they were able to solve. Amazingly, they said the work was under warranty from last year. They replaced the battery and did an extensive diagnostic For two days and didn't charge me a dime.
They are very good at what they do knowledgeable and I will give them
SIX STARS ******
because they went above and beyond.

I would never go back. Work wasn't done but they will tell you to come back if you have concerns. Why wasn't things done the first time. It's not a reputable organization. Find another shop that is professional and honest. You'll throw your money away

We drove down from Alaska through Canada to Colorado with our Ford Fusion 2011 about 2 1/2 weeks ago and we stumbled across McCormick Automotive Center as the FIRST google search of repair shops nearby. They offered us a loaner car while the Blue Space Ship was getting a massive overhaul of replacing its weakened struts to fixing a broken passenger seat switch and replacing a melted A/C. Not only that, but they go above and beyond by the loaner car I mentioned and giving us a complimentary coupon discount for our internally restructured car. This was the best random Google search we have made thus far and I’d recommend them to repair alien technology too!

Kaylee was amazing from the first time we talked. My repair estimate was timely. Kaylee thoroughly reviewed every detail of my estimate. She discussed candidly the nature of all anticipated repairs and was very transparent. She assisted me in collecting my belongings out of my vehicle and then even contacted a scrap metal company when we determined we weren’t going to do repairs. I really appreciate all that Kaylee and the team did for me and that they made a really rough situation very pleasant.

I had a Hyundai that had an elusive engine problem. They took strong ownership, and was able to diagnose and fix the issue in few days while keeping me in loop. They could have just given up on it instead. Needless to say, they had become my trustworthy mechanics. Highly recommend!

I knew my brakes were bad but was worried about cost because the dealership had quoted several thousand $. Took the car into McCormicks and for what the dealer had quoted, they fixed the brakes, the engine filter, the cabin air filter, and did an oil change. Some of these issues had clearly been going on for a while and the dealership hasn’t caught them. Kaylee was super responsive and gave me a free loaner car while the car was being fixed—and they got it fixed a full day early.

I had a great experience at McCormick. Kaylee did an amazing job of explaining everything to me in a way that I understood. I felt like the technician worked to actually diagnose the problem with my car rather than just throw new parts at it. The shuttle service is also great!

Found the techs easy to converse with..
Had safety check performed and they provided me with videos of all the filters and components that were checked very thorough. Very surprised that I was not charged for any of this. I'll be returning at my next regular checkup
