Too much to post. But main complaint, I had a remote start installed here, some female tech said she was "jeep expert". She did my install and the next day Issues started. I was in contact with bestbuy and they ran me around. I went to the Greeley location and he (fixed) the issue ft collins best buy made. He told me that the tech who did my install hacked my wiring up. And that the tech was fired for doing similar jobs like this. Nobody reached out to me about this or admitted their fault. The new tech also messed up my install. And got solder on my paint. I have no remote start. This started in December and its now October. I am so disappointed in them. And I pay for their top tier service.I would not post on here but this is months of run arounds.

Best Buy/Geek Squad is the worst ever!!! Wish there was a -5* rating. Dropped off Computer we were having trouble w/on Friday, told they would call us w/in an hour. No one ever called, so we have called them Fri& Sat&Sun&Today(Monday) to find out what is going on. We'll the store doesn't answer the phone, the store phone number is a line in another country, they read the script, tell you they will have the store/Geek squad call you and no one ever does. It's now almost 3 full days later and we have called 5+ times and still no one has called us back. If you need a computer fixed quickly, and want to talk to someone who knows anything or even cares a tinsy tiny little bit about what's going on, DO NOT use worst client support ever at this crappy corporation that only cares about its stocks and profits and doesn't give a crap about customers or providing good service or even calling you back after multiple messages. I don't even think even one of the foreign operators has even said sorry your having problems and no one has called you back. And the foreign operators absolutely REFUSE TO TRANSFER YOUR CALL TO THE STORE ITSELF!!! Terrible horrible no good very bad service.

Buyer beware! We bought a 50" tv for my 91 year old mother who lives in a seniors home. When we got to her home and opened the box we found the screen was shattered. We immediately took the tv back to the store and explained the situation. We were treated rudely and told we must have broken it and the store would neither exchange or refund our purchase. If you buy anything from this crooked business make sure you open the box and thoroughly inspect it before you leave the store. Once you go out the door there is no warranty.Tell everyone you know to stay far away from Bestbuy. On a side note, when I called the customer service number on their website they were appalled and said they would take care of it. When I told them it was the Fort Collins CO store they said I was talking to Canada and they would transfer me to the US customer service. US said no returns is there policy and they would do nothing.

Had a computer die after 16 days. No returns or exchanges after 14 days. Refused to make it right in any way. Have an error message in device manager and their geek squad is not bright enough to see that. I can see the error but they can't. Maybe they do not know there is a device manager on computers. Either way this store will not stand behind their products.

I went to get help with a pre-order that wasnt working online. I asked the welcome person at the front about who can help with that issue and she then asked if i tried online.... despite me already saying i tried there first.Then the "customer service" person asked me to try online as well, again not listening to my issue. Two employees in a row who could not simply listen to a question and provide a useful response. She threw up her hands and said, "i dont know, your out of luck". Did NOTHING to try and find the information to provide an informed repsonse. I will NEVER go back to best buy.

We bought appliances for a kitchen remodeling from Scott. Through all the ups and downs, scheduling delays, etc. He has held our hand and walked us through every step. I cant say enough good things about him and would highly recommend him and best buy.

UPDATED: I was able to find the drivers for the motherboard and get everything fixed in 30 minutes. You telling me my motherboard isnt compatible with windows 10 is LAZY and STUPID.5 total trips, 10 total calls, and yall couldn't fix something as simple as drivers on a motherboard. See full strory below.Geek Squad is trash, do not take anything to them.-I dropped off my computer to Geek squad and was clear with the employee about what needed to be fixed. After 6 days and 6 phone calls they installed windows 10 but didn't install any device drivers. They gave it back to me with the video card completely loose and not working. They forgot to hook up the old hard drive and then they gave it back to me with loads of driver updates and issues. The video card being loose caused the mother board to short and probably cost me a few thousand dollars. They were also suppose to get data before upgrading windows and didn't do that either.I talked to 6 people total through the 11 days they have been working on my computer, nobody realy knew what they were doing and it was clear. This was the worst service I've ever experienced in 20 years of working with computers.It shouldn't take 4 journies to Best Buy and a total of 12 phone calls to not have my computer fixed and its more broken than it was before you did the windows upgrade.Never shopping here again. The worst service I have ever recieved in my entire life.

Nothing great nothing horrible. I've been here twice lately and got what I wanted. Could always be easier to check out. Not sure why I have to go from the cashier up front after standing in line to the tv check out in back??? No biggie

Tried to return a TV that had a thin blue line. Customer service takes TV to backroom and returns with screen broken and blames customer. They will steal your money and break your returns and blame you.

I purchased a washer and dryer including installation from Best Buy just about a year ago. When the breaker for the dryer needed repairing, I found out that the installers did not install a strain relief guard on the wiring (which should've been done and isn't safe) and they smashed the dryer vent hose which limits proper airflow (also not safe). I went to the store after calling Best Buy's customer service line and getting no resolution because it was 90 days past installation (even though but for the breaker needing replacement, I wouldn't have known they had done anything improperly and unsafely unless there had been a fire or something). They offered no help, no solutions, no options other than continuing to contact customer service. In fact the person who identified himself as the store manager did nothing to help at all even though this installation was unsafe and I purchased from them. After speaking to four customer service members on the phone and two in store staff members, I finally found someone to fix my issue. Lots of wasted time, aggravation, and unnecessary laundromat trips while trying to find someone to fix their mistake. Buying from Best Buy is not worth the time or the headache. Never again. Will go someplace that values customers and their safety more. (And if it's true that the in-store team has no ability to help their customers fix these types of issues, the customer service model needs adjusting).

I'm digging Best Buy these days- they are my new Apple and everything else electronics Go to. I love my total tech membership, it makes repairs easy. With as much tech as we buy Total tech is cheaper than purchasing separate Apple care coverage for every device and the techs there are Apple certified. The customer service and sales people there are helpful. I'm remember a challenging time during COVID but who didn't have issues then? I'd say they are crushing it now - as for me and my business we love Best Buy in Fort Collins! Did I mention they have a great Apple selection? www.AskKelly.org

I see all the low ratings and completely understand. They are servicing themselves out of business. Went today to by earbuds. Waited for 10 minutes to get help...three employees helping two people. Ok, they were busy...went to ask for help from the greeter and was told give him 5 minutes. The store only had 10-15 people in it and 90% were not being helped. Sad to see such poor service. But it's clearly a generational/cultural reality sign of the times.

I see from others' reviews that I am not alone in my frustration with this store. And yet, something tells me the management doesn't care. All we can do is keep posting about our bad experiences to warn others what to expect. Our Samsung fridge's ice machine was our primary concern when we called, but we also have an oven door that locks on its own most of the time. When I called to set an appointment for repair, I *explicitly* told the scheduler that we have TWO appliances with issues: please send someone who can look at both. He agreed. We set an appointment for four days from then, with a window of 12:00 noon to 8:00 p.m.! I asked if someone would call before that day to narrow down the arrival time. I was assured yes. No one ever called. By 4:30 p.m. on the scheduled day of repair, I called to ask what time the technician would be arriving...obviously, my husband and I took turns staying home *the whole day* waiting for this person to show. The person I spoke to then said "I see that the appointment was scheduled, but *no one was assigned to take it!* Unbelievable. After 30 minutes with her, I asked to speak to a manager. I was transferred and spent 40 minutes on hold. No one ever picked up. I left my name and number with the agent I spoke to, asking for the manager to call me. I never heard from ANYONE, still to this day. We rescheduled the service appointment for the following week...another 7 days with no ice maker. (It had been leaking all over the kitchen floor, so we turned off the water entirely while we waited.) I made sure to say that we also had an oven door that needed to be looked at. I was assured this would happen. Finally, the technician arrived - even early for the appointment! - He was very knowledgeable and was able to repair the ice machine problem. He told us that the service ticket only listed the fridge, not the oven, but he was kind enough to take a few minutes to look at it. He diagnosed the issue, but said our Total Tech membership wouldn't cover the cost of the part or labor to fix it. It might just be time to get a new stove. Lovely. So, almost two weeks after I called for help, more than two hours on the phone with two different representatives who either didn't listen, didn't care, or were incompetent, and a day of waiting at home for a No-Show, we finally have 50% satisfaction for our appliance problems - AND it looks like we will be buying a new stove. NOT from Best Buy, I assure you!
