I have no affiliation with this company but somehow my information was breached. I tried calling all of the numbers Loandepot has listed but no one answers. I would like to know how Loandepot received my info and why did they wait over 2 months to notify their affected parties of a data breach... Seems like a scam to get people's business.

Worst loan experience I have ever had. I have purchased around 20 different homes and not once have I ever had to deal with the unprofessionalism as I did with this amateur lending company. Portia Noel with Guild Mortgage out of Boulder runs circles around these clowns. It is too bad that they come across as representing Landmark homes. Landmark is a standup company that makes a superior home. So much so I have 3 of their units. It is unfortunate that they chose used car salesmen to represent them as their “preferred lender”. Come on Landmark you are better than that.

DO NOT go with LoanDepot! Specifically do not work with Ryan Lococo. He denied my loan pre-approval, so I spoke with a lender I have used in the past and they were able to approve my loan pre-approval right away. The numbers that Ryan ran and the numbers that my lender ran were the same but for some reason (discrimination/red lining) Ryan denied my loan pre-approval. When I asked him why he was denying and my lender was approving, he could not give me a straight answer. He said that my lender should not be approving my loan. Ryan is NOT very knowledgeable as he did not know much about FHA loans. Ryan has VERY poor customer service and said I was wasting his time. Do not trust to do business with Ryan.

Loan officer Ryan in Fort Collins is very knowledgeable and helpful. He's got it all figured out and goes the extra mile. We've used him several times and are always impressed.

Ryan has been incredible to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and as first time home buyers, he took time to make sure we understood everything about the mortgage process. He is very timely in his responses and getting things over to us, which has been important with our close time. I'm so grateful to be working with him throughout this process.

Inquired about a loan online. Within 24 hours I received about 15 calls from them leaving no voicemail. They call from different numbers. When I finally answered I expressed my concern about the constant calling without leaving a message. She promptly hung up on me before I finished my sentence. Would never trust a company like that.

The worst communication you will receive. They took so long that the builder was becoming impatient. I would always be told on a Friday I would have answers and did not; therefore, I had to wait the entire weekend. They kept pressing for information from me, my manager and HR. They basically said they wanted more of a breakdown of my pay from HR in which HR could not even do! Towards the end I had to be demanding of a answer (approved or not) because it took so long to find out. Horrible, horrible experience. If they weren't a preferred lender I would have never worked with them.

The edge you guys had over everyone else was the way you provided and presented the information. I could constantly go back and revisit the email and all the numbers and options were simplified to make them easier for someone like me to process.

Super professional staff. Documents always got processed fast. We are extremely happy with the turn around. Our rate lock expires next month loan Depot got us to closing before that.
