Lloyd was the best realtor we have ever worked with. Lloyd's attention to detail, communication and negotiating skills are impressive. Lloyd always looked out for our best interest and was very thorough to make sure nothing was overlooked. It was truly a pleasure working with Lloyd and his assistant Abby for the purchase of our new home. We give Lloyd and Abby our highest recommendation.

Lloyd was great to work with, he was prompt with responses, and very knowledgeable. The negotiation process with the seller on this property was not the easiest, but in the end Lloyd's expertise in the industry got me the house I wanted for the best deal possible. He went above and beyond what a realtor needs to do to make a deal go through. I would highly recommend him.

Lloyd was terrific to work with! He was very knowledgeable, he took the time to thoroughly answer any questions that I had, and it was very clear that he had my best interests in mind throughout the home buying process. No details were missed and Lloyd was always very quick and professional in his communication. Lloyd and his assistant Abby make a great team, and as a first time homebuyer they made sure that I was comfortable with the process and they ensured that I had an enjoyable home buying experience. Lloyd and his assistant, Abby, are amazing. I've never encountered anyone as responsive or knowledgeable as they and the attention to detail was incredible. Lloyd was laser focused, not only on getting us into the right home, but in making sure we didn't settle for less than perfect. He went to bat for us and we are THRILLED with our new home. I recommend him to anyone and everyone looking for our selling property on the front range!

Lloyd helped us buy our home in Fort Collins, then represented us again when we decided to sell six years later. He represented us well as both buyer and seller, exhibiting excellent knowledge of the local market, as well as great communication and negotiation skills. You definitely want Lloyd to be on your team! I had not been in the real estate market for 30 years, so it was with some trepidation and nervousness that I entered the home-buying process. Lloyd is the man and definitely someone you want in your corner. Him and his assistant Abby have been the best team I have dealt with so far, bar none. Keen, tight communication and personable. The market here in CO is pretty cutthroat so having someone on top of buying/selling your home is crucial. Lloyd prides himself in excellence and actually follows through with it.
