I purchased My TYM 494 and later realized it does not work well at in high altitude. Clint is over the top when it comes to customer service, he kept in close contact with me on a daily basis, trying to keep me happy until a solution was found. Gary bent over backwards for us! He put us into a LS and we love it! I highly recommend Legacy and appreciate the great attention we got on resolving this matter.

They had our tractor for almost 3 months. They gave us an initial diagnosis and then told us a few weeks later they found more issues because they found gas in the tank…we have no idea how that would have happened since we do not keep gas on hand. They refused to call us back when we would check in on progress. They also told us they had ordered parts from the manufacturer but when we called the manufacturer the dates of ordered parts were VERY different. Also, they said they would discount due to the prolonged time they had our tractor but when we picked up the tractor they said we could either pay the amount in total or they would keep the keys. I called the owner and he has not called me back. Overall we will not do business with them again which is disappointing since we would like to support local business.

Clint and the other employees in the service department are awesome! We had an unexpected problem with our Kioti and they got us in same day and turned it around in a few days. They are extremely professional and communicative. We are so appreciative of them for helping us so quickly so we could get back in the field and get back to work. So thankful to have them in the community! They also helped set up transport to and from their shop and took a lot of stress off of us. Their pricing is extremely reasonable and they are a group that gives you confidence in their work. Thank you all!

Vince from Legacy was extremely helpful in getting the proper filters for my ‘94 Kioti 3054. They initially sent out the wrong air filter, and hydraulic filter. Unknown to myself or the folks at Legacy tractor, there was a mid year re-vamp of that model resulting in my filters being gen 1. After some research Vince made the discovery, and sent the proper filters out to me. Strong work! I sent the filters back to them, after they shipped the new ones. They are a reliable, ethical business, and I will not hesitate to use them again, and strongly encourage folks to use them for your old school tractors. Sincerely, Mike Brown. Priest River, Idaho.

Called legacy tractor late afternoon on a Monday to order some filters for a tractor that my local dealer didn't have. Had the filters in 2 days from Colorado to Western North carolina. These guys rock I highly recommend them. Vince in parts and Clint in service good guys to deal with.

Shouldn’t even give one star! The owner is extremely rude! We asked if we could park in a certain spot and the driver of the tractor said sure no problem! The owner came out extremely rude and said you cannot park here this is my property and my business! Guess we won’t ever do business here! Great way to loose a customer by being rude to them!

I live in Mississippi and the customer service here is unmatched. I have local LS dealers and I still go out of my way to work with Legacy. They always have everything I need in stock and very quick to respond to any emails or phone calls. 10 out of 10 would recommend all your needs to be met here.

I’ve always purchased my TYM parts from them and had a great experience. When it came time to buy another tractor their pricing was very competitive and mad it worth the 12 hour drive!
