“Spring Creek Laundry has new machines. It is clean, well lit, safe, and is staffed with people who are helpful. I appreciate the spaces for sorting and folding clothes.A few days ago, someone left a small wrapped piece of chocolate in a pocket. The candy wedged out of sight in the back of a dryer. I was the next person to use the machine. The chocolate melted, leaving several spots on my clothes. The owner immediately answered my phone call. She promptly sent someone to clean the chocolate out of the machine and provided me with stain remover and coins to re-wash and dry my clothes. I am highly impressed with the professional way the owner handled this issue, and I will definitely be back with my laundry in the future.”

“We found ourselves with a mountain of laundry to do after our basement flooded and left everything smelling musty and damp. Ultimately we decided to spend an afternoon at the laundromat instead of trying to wash it all one load at a time at home. I'm so glad we knew about the Washhouse! Everything is so clean and I love the convenience of being able to use a debit card at the machines instead of hauling around a bunch of quarters. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere reads more like a quiet coffeeshop than your typical laundromat. I definitely recommend coming here if you have a lot of laundry to get done.”

“I've been to this laundromat almost weekly for the past couple of years. I really like this laundromat as it is always clean even when they are super busy. All of the workers are incredibly polite and helpful. The owner is really laid-back and Incredibly generous. I had put my clothes in a dryer and was trying to pay that there was something weird with the payment system and when I went to ask for help he gave me a half an hour of free dry time just for the frustrations. They really do try to do everything in their ability to make things right if the customer is not satisfied.”

“I read the low scored reviews and have to question their reliability. I visited the laundromat and checked out the washers and dryers. They were all clean. The floor was clean, perhaps could use some repairs, but still good.I used two of their larger size washers, and I use clean earth as my detergent and it all worked great. Not sure about pricing since it has been years since I have been in a laundromat. But it was all good.”

“The other reviews are funny. Yeah, I wouldnt let you use my restroom either, and what do you expect from a convienence store vape? Its honestly a great place. People just love to complain about thier own stupidity instead of taking responsibility. People also tend to forget that private businesses reserve the right to deny services to anyone for any reason ✌️”
