I had a very positive experience with a blood draw. I got there soon after they opened with several people waiting, some had appointments. I didn't. I didn't realize I had to check-in on the kiosk on the other side of the waiting room, not at the window, but that was a quick process. I wasn't waiting for very long before I was called back. Phlebotomist did a great job and I was on my way. Total time was about 30 minutes.

If people are looking for a good place to get drug tests done, Accu-test in Loveland is Awesome! However, if you are going to cheat on your drug test, I wouldn't recommend it here. But if you are looking for a safe spot that will treat you with respect, it's perfect. Staff are very knowledgable.

Came for a pre-employment drug screening. Quick service, even without an appointment & my sample collector, David, was so kind! Super easy process overall.

Wasn't able to make an appointment online, somehow others were able to make appointments. Although I arrived first and waited an hour for a urine sample I had to wait even longer for someone who arrived early for their appointment. There are 10 plus people waiting, no one at front desk half the time and the kiosk didn't work.

Went to Labcorp for an employment urine drug screen. Got in quick without an appointment, and the nice man who was my technician was so kind and made my day!

Been here plenty of times and the staff has always been accommodating and friendly. I've came in a couple minutes before they have scheduled lunch and they'll still get me in. Weird to see other people having negative experiences.

This might be the most unpleasant lab experience overall and I was abused by Navy corpsmen. The staff is unfriendly. The layout is poor. The Check-In technology is just bad. I would have rather gone back to the Great Mistakes lab in Chicago.

I've had great experiances with Labcore. I need regular labwork done and have used Labcore over 10 times.
You can easily plan around their busiest times with appointments or making the effort to plan your visits. The staff has always been very nice. My blood draws have been quick, professional and executed with confidence.

Online scheduling and QR code check-in are super easy. Staff is helpful. My veins are hard to find, so they made sure David did my blood draw and he got it in one stick that I barely felt - mind blown.

Not sure why the rating is so low. Made an appointment, was back within 10 minutes, and the tech was one of the best I've ever had. He was very kind and I barely felt the stick.

My physician sent an order for blood test to LabCorp. I called and left a message to make sure they got the order before I have a long drive to their place. I have received any response then called again two days after and still nothing. I ended up asking the doctor to switch the order to another facility. I found out that LabCorp has only one person who does everything from testing to admin work. Looks like the company is saving money by understaffing and providing bad support.

Business was unable to honor an appointment time. I bailed 25 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. Text stating they were ready to see me arrived 40 minutes after appointment time.

Don't bother making an appointment since they will be an hour late for your scheduled time due to the fact that management will only staff the facility with a single person. Labcorp has no problem wasting your time but gladly hold a double standard that you, the patient, must be on time.

If I could give lower I would. They have 3:30pm appointments on their website but won’t take anyone at 3:30pm… even though they close at 4:00pm. lol

Terrible service. We waited two hours for my son's blood draw. Customers repeatedly called out of order, clients walking out because of the wait. Not polite. Go to a different location!
