Paid $750 for a warranty that covers stains and accidental tear’s About 6 months after receiving the furniture I accidentally got a tear and stain on my couch the “3rd Party” warranty company denied both my claims and said they wasn’t covered even though the copy of the warranty I have says both are clearly covered. The store is no help at all. We spent $8,200 on 2 recliners and a love seat but they won’t honor the warranty claim.

If we had a choice of zero stars we would post that!! We purchased a couch and loveseat from La Z Boy that was delivered April 2021. Three years later, the seams on both sides of the bottom center cushion are already splitting (my wife and I are the only people in our home, no pets. So, no extraordinary child or pet wear and tear on our furniture). We were told at purchase that everywhere we sat on the couch was leather. We also purchased a 5 year protection plan that "shock and suprise" does not cover seams! We called the store and they were not willing to do anything. They sent us to the customer care center and they would not do anything either. We spent $450 to have the couch repaired. During the repair we found out that the seams were NOT leather. After the repair we asked La-Z-Boy to reimburse us for some or all of the repair cost since they lied to us about the couch being leather whereever we sat and the fact that the coach should last longer than 3 years! They were not willing to do anything! We have been loyal La-Z-Boy customers for many years; however, after this we will never set foot in their store again and we recommend that no one else does either. If you can't trust what they are telling you and their product does not hold up any better than this why would anyone want to purchase anything from them!!!

Sloane was absolutely incredible! She helped my wife and I in every way possible and was extremely patient, as it took a fair amount of time to finally find the recliner that best suited us. Sloane was proactive in helping select which fabric we liked, as well as giving suggestions on other chairs we may like. I don't think there's anything she could have done better. Thank you so much!

I do not recommend buying any furniture from La-Z-Boy. The furniture often arrives damaged and their customer service is incredibly poor.
I spent over $13,000 on La-Z-Boy furniture. The arm on a leather armchair was already damaged when it was delivered. They sent two replacement arms, both were damaged. I ended up accepting $200 compensation instead of having them send another replacement. Brand new chair. Damaged upon arrival. Not great.
We purchased their furniture repair insurance. My table (that also arrived chipped) got another chip in it due to an accident. I filed a claim in February with their warranty repair company. I've been following up on the case every few weeks for over 5 months and the table still hasn't been repaired. They sent me a damaged replacement table top, so I've asked for another one to be ordered. They said that I'm responsible for disposing of the "new" damaged table top. It's 5 feet long and I'm now responsible for paying to have that disposed of.
I've spent over 20 hours trying to get my damaged furniture repaired. Horrible experience overall. I do not recommend buying furniture from La-Z-Boy.

We bought several items a few months ago. We finally recieved four of the six items we ordered but have not received the two recliners we ordered. It seems that once you spend your money the customer service ends. No one answers the phone and no one returns messages.
There has not been a single follow up to see if we have recieved everything, which we have not.
We are extremely disappointed in this experience.
Of course they do expect payment on time.

After the sale, I call and can't get a returned call. Never can get a live person. Chair was delivered yesterday with issues. Left message and even sent an email.

Don't buy their protection plan, it is a scam. Bought the plan with pet protection went to file a claim for scratches from the dog and was denied because each individual scratch has to be reported within 30 days of the damage. No reporting cumulative scratches. We were told specifically by the sales rep that we could report cumulative scratches. They scammed us out of $671!!

Love this furniture store! While I am not fond of the name, I am fond of the quality furniture, selection, pricing and service offered at this furniture gallery. I have been working with Rebecca in sales and Michaela in design for 3 months to make the right choice to redo our family room. Never once did I feel pressured yet always supported, complete with a in home consultation by Michaela with a 3D rendering of the possibilities we considered along the way. I highly recommend La Z Boy furniture and this store location! You will make the right decision for your investment.

As we started to look around, we were greeted by Karen and we told her that we were looking for a specific love seat recliner that was on sale. Karen took us to the recliner, described the features, and showed us the different colors that were available.Karen was friendly, informative, and did not push or pressure us. We purchased the recliner and Karen was great to work with.

Overall great experience purchasing a new recliner. I did some research on their website to narrow down what met my needs and it made the process much easier since the selection is so large. Leslie was great to work with and I've had my current recliners since the 80s, so I know LzB is top quality built to last!!
