  I have been having my Kirby worked on and buying parts at this repair shop since 1996. They have always been super friendly, helpful, and kind. I have been to other repair shops prior to 1996 and have been treated abominably. As long as this shop stays open, I will always come with my Kirby. Thank you for your fabulous... read full comment

  Absolutely the best customer service and repair! I’ve had our Kirby since 2012 and it was my mom’s before that-purchased in/around 1986! It just keeps running thanks to the awesome care it receives here! Trevor sells refurbished Kirbys too if you’re in the market for a vacuum that will last a lifetime +
