I love this store! The staff is always friendly and the store always looks nice and presentable. I applaud all of the teens and young adults who are employed by this store. They are all very friendly and can strike up a conversation with ease. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone!

Nicely stocked store. Bright and clean. The staff is very friendly and the shelves were full. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, the isles are really narrow and it is hard to ship when people are trying to get by

They removed the phone number for curb side pickup. Now you have to Scan a qr code through your windshield which doesn't work great. Bring back the phone number please.

I go to this location at least twice weekly - the store is clean, well stocked and an overall ideal place to grocery shop. In the last few months, the standout employee has been Shannon, which has prompted leaving this review. I took note of her name this morning as she was checking me out after having many very positive experiences with her recently. She’s kind, upbeat and efficient. Two days before Christmas, the lines to checkout were already packed well before 9 am, Shannon was the lone employee navigating the self checkout - she was a rockstar with her enjoyable personality, keeping the flow of the area going, helping where there were challenges as well as checking people out herself. She’s truly an exceptional employee at this location!

Why would you remove the phone number from the grocery store pick up spots? Now I have to get out of my car and scan a QR Code to get my groceries. That doesn't make any sense. I feel bad for old people and disabled people. You should put the phone number back on the parking spot.

HOME DELIVERY IS A RIPOFF!!!they do not carry certain items in stock, so you have to order it to be delivered in order to get those items. after delivery, I discover they overcharged because they don't give sale prices. I got ripped off $18 on this order. I would be very careful in what you purchase at this store. Go to Sprouts or Albertsons

I typically shop at this King Soopers location. They have an extremely wide breadth of products and out of stock issues here are rare. It is busy but it you catch it at the right times you can have the place mostly to yourself. The staff is very friendly and helpful and it is obvious they enjoy their work, by how well the store is cleaned and maintained. Thanks readers!

This location is a better choice if you want a better variety than the Timberline location. They don't sell fuel here, though.

Last week I went to this king Soopers. I bought cat litter for my cats along with paper towels and some food. When I simply was trying to go through self check out the clerk tried to scan the cat food for me and made me feel unwelcome. I told him thanks, but no thanks. I also got a look from a store manager who was present I assume. I don't stick out and look like an average Joe I've always thought. They acted like they suspected I would attempt to steal the cat litter. It was an off putting experience. I've shopped this king Soopers and others for over 20 years now.

Older blonde woman in self checkout refused to let me through and let people cut in front of me even though I had less than ten items. Another customer had to ask why she was treating me that way. She made a scene out of it and told me I could apply for a job if I didn’t like it. I understand she may have been frustrated in general that day but it was quite embarrassing so I left without groceries and accidentally left our nice cherished tote bags behind- which they claimed they never found when we called. I’m always very polite to the staff and patient when they’re disorganized so this was pretty disappointing. Haven’t been back.

Picked up an online order today that had frozen items that were completely dethawed. The frozen pizza felt like raw pizza dough... The chicken breast wasn't even cold anymore... When I went back to the store the guy at customer service wasn't apologetic and unconcerned about the safety issues of frozen food clearly being left out for hours. He allowed me to replace the items but when I was leaving I decided to voice my concerns to a manager. I found a Front End Manager named Mindy and explained the situation. As someone in charge of customer service I was horrified by how she handled the situation. She wouldn't apologize for the situation either and only said I was "good to go" with my replacements. When I asked if this wasn't a safety concern to her she seemed to brush it off and said she would talk with them later still not apologizing about the situation. I couldn't believe how no one seemed concerned and couldn't even apologize for giving me food that could of caused food poisoning if it was consumed, but judging by how Mindy handled the situation its no surprise that those working under her also don't care about providing good customer service.

I got accused of stealing a singular can of Monster of all things. Just taken right out of my hands from the woman at self check out, but THANK GOD the manager Bryan was there to "save the day". Bryan deserves a raise. Whatever he's paid just isn't enough. Accusing someone of stealing is a bold choice to make. I'll gladly be going to Walmart for help now.

I love the selection of organic food at this location, it's a substantial amount more than the location in Loveland on 29th, which is the closest to me and my usual go-to. As someone who has to eat organic due to a very irritating pesticide sensitivity, further complicated by a soy allergy (which is in almost EVERYTHING organic or "healthy") I have struggled to find the same products regularly at my location, but every time I come to this one, they seem to have more of the same options each time, and a larger selection to choose from. I have found myself choosing this one more to avoid having to spend more money on other organic brands, as the Simple Truth Organic selection here is great and far surpasses 29th st's stock. It also helps to be able to get the same things again when I find something I can eat. The people here are nice and the building is spacious as well. The organization of the aisles is easier to navigate, and their signs are much more clear about which products are where, as compared to a more vague title for each aisle at other locations.
