The girl I spoke with @ 2:20 on 2/12/24 was very unhelpful at refilling my inhaler. North college was super helpful and took care of it for me immediately. I'll no longer fill any prescriptions at the Taft location.

Great customer service when I shop in person. It's usually pretty busy, they should build another one nearby.

Grocery pickup is terrible here! All produce in my order was rotten. Also, all of the party trays (fruit, veggie, meat & cheese) were moldy and inedible.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy a while and have always had some issues. I can’t seem to find a pharmacy where I don’t have issues so that’s kind of assumed. Decided to write this review after i just spoke on the phone to the rudest pharmacy technician on a phone that I have ever spoken to. He got upset when I started saying details before saying my birthday which does make sense but usually I explain an issue then somebody goes into my personal account to see how it is for me. This guy cut me off and said wait wait wait wait wait and then didn’t know any of the actual problem once he opened my account cuz he cut me off. I use king soopers because that’s where i grocery shop and they take both of my pharmaceutical insurances but I always wonder if there’s something better. Seems like all pharmacies just suck? This one is no exception

My physician sent a prescription for a much needed pain killer for chronic pain. They assured me it was pre-approved and suggested that King Soopers would be a good idea. I've been dealing with wounds that don't heal for about six years, and tramadol is what I use for pain. I could be on much stronger painkillers but I chose not to. My insurance is only allowing me to get a week supply at a time, which is frustrating and stupid. CHRONIC non-healing wounds; Chronic. Pain. Doesn't. Go. Away.So I'm running out of the medication, and it was later on a Friday, and the doctor office was closed. The on-call would not help me because "they don't deal with prescriptons..." I didn't have enough medicine to get through the weekend. Rather than giving me a one or two day supply (since the prescription was already there), or telling me about an affordable option (GoodRx) to pay out of pocket, the two people working literally closed the gate in my tear filled face and told me to go to urgent care or take Aleve. How extremely insensitive. The next day (after I learned about it), I returnd and paid our of pocket with a GoodRx coupon, and they told me that they could lose their license if I used it! What??What a crock!! They would rather send someone with chronic pain away, with nothing, than inform them of a different option because they might get their hand slapped!? Why does GoodRx exist? It's to give people an affordable option to pay out of pocket!I got my medication.I'm sad and disappointed they knew about it, and could have helped me, but they literally chose not to.No compassion.COURAGE is doing what's right, regardless of risk to self. They are getting two stars instead of one because a different person who hasn't been there the night before helped me with the purchase, and he even suggested that I could get it even cheaper and it only cost me $10.00! He was kind, and friendly. They might take a lesson on customer service from him.

So it has taken me to maybe the 12th time of horrific service, including cashiers yelling at each other in front of me, stockers hitting me with their carts of merchandise then shaking their heads and giving me dirty looks (?), and total chaos with the self serve checkouts, to finally say I am never going back here again! It starts at the top, and evidently the manager of this store clearly has no clue what they are doing. There are plenty of other Kings and Safeways in Fort Collins that I will be happily driving out of my way to in the future.

Very disgruntled employees. I waited a few weeks to pick up a prescription because I still had some, however the employee informed me they had nothing for me when I went. I was confused and told him what I was looking for, THEN he said something about being able to do it but it would take an hour. That’s fine. The attitude and lack of customer service, not fine. I wouldn’t really care but I’ve encountered this kind of attitude almost every time I’ve been there by the same employee. I don’t think I’ll be using this pharmacy anymore.

Shopped here at King Soopers on Taft Hill on Tuesday night, 9-20-2022. I needed some help and asked an employee standing next to the customer service desk. He acted like I was bothering him. I asked a question and he started being belligerent, rude and argumentative. It felt like he was verbally attacking me. He told me to go talk to the customer service employee. I almost started crying because he was so rude and mean, I think his name was Jeff. I know it was a four letter word.

Not good at communicating problems and uninterested in helping to solve them.
