The customer service at Kansas City Kitty is hands down one of the best I've ever experienced. Their honest communication and grace can't be beat! Every time that I have communicated with Maddy about something that I saw on their Instagram she went above and beyond to help ensure that I am getting the right item and fit and that I am looking for. I truly cannot wait to visit in person some day! I highly recommend checking them out!!!

This shop is a local gem! Unique and stylish clothing and accessories. Lovely art & candles. You will often find the owner in the store and everyone who works here is cheerful and friendly. Such a great vibe, definitely make the stop here, you won’t leave empty handed.

I have always enjoyed shopping here over the years. And I still do. But, it seems like there is less and less merchandise in the shop than there used to be. I still like how they style the clothes, have an array of scarves and sell cute cards. They also have a decent selection of succulents.

I really love looking through this store. But that's all I can do. Only look. They only stock certain sizes of clothing (all small, what a surprise) and even the jewelry is smaller sizes. Not one ring has ever fit my fingers--and I'm a ring size 8. I'm a size 14 in pants. I should be able to walk into a store and find SOMETHING. But not here. I would love to be able to shop here--but I can't. I'll take my money somewhere else more inclusive.

Really love this store and wishing I had gone in sooner. The staff is super nice and helpful—they even remembered me after I only came in one time before. I love the vibe of the whole place and I definitely want to buy everything in there. I love that they have houseplants, too!! And such a great location in old town!
