College Ave. Gabe Jones was absolutely fantastic in resolving the issues we were having. He was professional and knew exactly what to do. Very few examples of getting such great support as we did from Gabe.. He needs a raise for sure!!”
“Being a T-Mobile customer for over 10 years, I have had many in-store experiences. Morgan, at the Harmony Marketplace store was fantastic when I needed a new phone in September of 2023. He was patient, informative and even took the time to transfer my service from the old phone to the new one. After six months, my new phone stopped launching the "phone" app - I couldn't make calls - everything else except the phone worked. I took it in and Morgan was right there - as patient and helpful as before - and got my phone working within 10 minutes! Morgan is the best and the reason I will keep going back. I hope you are paying him enough to keep him!!”

We have been helped by several employees, all of whom were very courteous and helpful. They have set up our new devices and answered our questions. There are usually two or more staff at the store at any time, and the wait times, if any, are not very long. It is not the closest store to our house, but we continue to use its services because of our good experience there.”
“I just heard a rumor y'all are going under.FRII, was an institution that could have found a powerful niche here in Colorado - but due to multiple missteps by the capitalist firm which acquired FRII - it was no longer favored, and doomed to failure.I am a former employee from here - the company was run into the ground by the venture capitalists who purchased it.They didn't want to invest in the company.They allowed their President, Vice President, head of operations, head of billing, their NOC supervisor, all but 2 of the NOC employees, both systems engineers, a jr systems engineer, two network engineers, and more - all walk away from the company between 2016 and 2019. Rather than increase pay, and start providing the funding that was needed to guarantee the data center didn't go down.I am really sad to see this, I had hope the new person they put in charge would be capable of saving the company - but I doubt the capitalist's were willing to invest in him.”
“Update: I reached out to customer support and got someone on the line almost immediately. We spent about 20 minutes trouble shooting the issue and managed to get it resolved. Our internet speeds are back where they should be. Thank goodness! Overall, for the price, Connexion is WAY better than anything else here in Fort Collins by a long shot! And their customer service can't be beat in my opinion.When we first got Connexion, the speeds were quite fast and had remained so until now. We returned from a 3-month trip only to find our internet speed is now down to 2 Mbps for downloads which is 500 times slower than their advertised speed of 1 Gbps. Nothing has changed. We have Google Nest routers with 5 pucks to cover our entire house. In the past, we've been able to stream high-def movies both upstairs and downstairs at the same time, but last night, when we were watching a movie on Netflix, it kept pixelating because the speed was so slow. It was extremely frustrating. Since it's only my wife and I, it's not because we're bogging down the internet. I've reset the modem and routers, but that didn't change anything. I've submitted a support request. We'll see if anything comes of it. If so, I'll update my review.”
