“When we first moved to Fort Collins, we were referred to the Goosehead Agency. I talked to someone and was put in a Traveler's policy. I tried calling the person I talked to back, but he was no longer there, nor was the other person I was referred to, or the person after that. I ended up doing a chat online with someone who had no idea what they were doing. I then spent hours online holding for a human to talk to, but again, the lack of knowledge and the time it took was soooooo frustrating. I called Ben Parsons' State Farm Agency and talked to Louie. It was wonderful to talk to a real person who always picked up or returned calls immediately. I wish I had gone with this agency immediately and saved myself months of frustration.
