“The Elizabeth is such a great hotel!

Centrally located in Fort Collins and walking distance to several restaurants, everything about the hotel is fantastic. The staff is super kind and helpful. The rooms are clean, nice and quiet. There’s a restaurant, a bar, a lounge and live music!
To top it off - the rooms have record players in them and there is a lending library so that, if you have an interest, you can borrow from the library and play records in your room. It’s really just an all-around swanky place.”

“Nicely located on College Ave & Olive.
Terrific front desk service. They will touch base regularly via text message so my biggest tip would be ‘if you need something; say something’. We were switched to an inside room after one night on the street side. Kenzie was an angel. The salads and happy hour are another plus. Espresso coffee makers in the room & sound machines.Lost a star as we had a very upset child in the room next to ours for 2 days & nights, which was quite distressing to listen to. But we’ll be back for sure.

Walkability: Right in the heart of dining, shopping & boutiques.

Food & drinks: Steak salad & Ahi tuna are terrific.”

“We've utilized The Edwards House for larger events and for regular monthly small business chapter meetings, and the experience is always the same...GREAT! Abbie and her team do a superb job to ensure that every detail is spot-on and taken care of...and on the rare occasion when things aren't perfect, they own it immediately and make it more perfecter than you'd ever hoped. ;) Seriously though, nobody will treat you better than Edwards House for your important events.”

“I really wish I could rate this beautiful place higher, but alas, they only allow me five stars. Kelsey, the owner of Fernweh, is an incredibly lovely human. All of her staff are incredible as well. I felt incredibly safe there. I so wish that I had another excuse to patronize the place again, but I do not, as I now live in Fort Collins. It is also located in a beautiful part of Fort Collins. And not far at all from lovely Old Town. I absolutely cannot recommend this place highly enough. Interactions with the guests was also top-notch. And Kelsey tells the guests about local events happening, such as the fun Tour De Fat that happens yearly here. She even has bikes that the guests can use to ride around town.”

“Very good service from the front desk. Rooms are great with some having nice views of the mountains. Great location within Fort Collins but they do not offer continental breakfast. Still a decent hotel worth visiting.”

“The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast crew did a great job keeping up with the all the guests. Very impressed with them. The room was clean, large, and comfy. Lobby was clean. Pool (salt water) was clean and the water was warm. Needed a hot tub, though. Front desk had coupons to local restaurants was a huge plus!Parking on the weekend after 4 was tough because of the restaurants nearby. Also… the north side rooms that overlook Texas Roadhouse have to deal with restaurant noise until 1030-1130 each night.”

“At first, I was disappointed when I arrived because the room looked nothing like it does in the photos online. They are much smaller, dated, and very simple. We had a double queen room, which was barely big enough for both of us, but we made it work. The bathroom is tiny and not much space for extras. The TV is ok, just has an antiquated remote, but at least it had the major channels. What I liked about the place was that it was clean, quiet, and felt safe. They actually do daily room service! The location is great. We were just where we needed to be. As for the price, I paid over $200 a night for a 2-star hotel, which I was not happy about. However, it was summer, and everything around there was expensive.

Safety: Felt very safe. Close to resteraunts and points of interest.”

“There's a guy that works nights that clearly doesn't want to do his job I came by to see if there was any availability for a Wednesday night parking lot had make 20 cars and I was told there was not rooms available as this young kid didn't look at the computer nor any me he continued to flip his pen in the air”

“Honestly the best hotel experience I have ever had not even considering how beautiful Fort Collins is or how convenient the transportation options are. I stayed for a total of five days with a mix of vacation and conference time, through my stay every single employee that I met: front desk, housekeeping, conference catering, cafe, bar, were all fantastic! Literally not a single bad word to say. Absolutely will be revisiting. THANK YOU!”

“Great hotel! Perfect if u have dogs. Clean room, good food. You have to pay for breakfast but it’s either continental or off the menu. Pancakes were really good and Paul was awesome for breakfast service. He was dressed nice and friendly and quick.”

“Very nice inn, nicer than many. Room is larger than some, I assume this is the result of newer facilities trying to appeal to upscale travellers. Marble top storage chest in the closet is a nice touch, as was the marble countertop in the bathroom. The king size bed is comfortable and the linens are of good quality. If possible, request a room on the back side of the building, road noise will be a concern for some. Should I have occasion to visit Fort Collins in the future I will definitely rebook at Kiva Inn.”

“I enjoyed three nights here with my family. The shower is lovely, the rooms are large, the price is pretty nice and everything is clean. Also, the hot tub and pool are really nice.”

“We had a great experience here, it had what we needed and for a low rate. The hotel is older but they have made some nice updates to it and the rooms have modern updates. Decent beds, nightstands have lamps with USB/outlets in them for charging your devices. Microwave, coffee and tea, a small ice bucket, a larger sized mini fridge, clothes rack with iron and ironing board. Bathroom is a little small but it does the trick, shower had great water pressure though it did get all over the floor because the curtain couldn't contain it. Complimentary breakfast isn't super fancy but is a nice perk to have. The coffee and juices were good and thought the pancake machine was pretty cool. There are soda and snacks vending machines, they don't take cards and cash has to be exact because it doesn't give change. Front desk staff was very friendly and check in/out was quick and easy. I think it was Sarah at check-in, she was very nice and recommended a place for pizza delivery which didn't disappoint after a long travel day. They did charge a $200 refundable deposit for any damages as well, which is fine. Very quiet at night we didn't have any noise issues at all. Overall it was just what we needed and you can't beat the price for what you get in return.”

“Service was friendly, facility is very clean. TV wouldn't connect to Internet. Had to tell the kid "back in my day, you had to flip channels without knowing what's on the next one!" Room was very clean.”
