Alright folks get it together please. I know sandwich shops that are more professional and communicative. Phlebotomist is rude, administrative staff is uninformed. This is serious stuff people!!!

they really need to do something about the out patient labs set up. it's not necessarily the staff , but the informal sign up wait and still waiting.... and know one there to formally or promptly greet you. the only time staff comes out to talk to anyone is once 2 or more people are waiting and waiting. not to mention the list of other people who signed in but clearly left before the staff came to get them because there is not a staff signature.....

Never got a bill, went straight to collections. But the lady that drew my blood in the lady moon location was super chill and had me in and out in no time.

I got billed hundreds of dollars even though my insurance paid for everything. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else that knows how to file accurate bills.
