I own a business and have spent thousands of dollars in the Home Depot Fort Collins North store. That will no longer be happening after today. Extremely rude customer service. I had this experience a couple months ago, spoke to a manager that did not do anything to remedy the situation and was rude. I have had helpful interactions with employees in the store so we continued to do business at this store. After today, we will not be doing any business with Home Depot. I have several accounts with them all of which I just closed. I have not had a single positive interaction with a manager in the rental, front end, or irrigation department. Nor have I had a positive interaction with the general manager on duty who I have attempted to reach several times. This information will be shared at my regular small business meetings in Fort Collins.

We had to buy a new freezer yesterday because ours died. I called and got Ben in appliances. What an awesome young man. He was full of information. He is an asset to the store.

I attempted to get a copy of my key at Home Depot today and the woman at the key station was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. I ended up leaving the station without a key, but went on to try to do the rest of my shopping. About halfway through the rest of my shopping, I asked a different employee a question. Again, very unhelpful, rude, and almost condescending. After that, I just left. As someone who works in a job that involves customer service, it's ridiculous to see the way some employees act and I won't patronize a store that acts that way towards their customers. Pretty disappointing.

Worst customer service and business ethics that I have ever experienced. We had ordered and paid for our carpet installation over 6 weeks ago, took day off work on the day of and moved all our furniture the night before. We got a call on the day of , that the carpet was damaged and that we would be able to get it in for 2 weeks. Two weeks later, we were again called on the day off (after we had taken off work to be at home) that installation would not happen because the carpet we picked was not suitable for our curved stairway. There is Zero communication between Home Depot to the carpet installer and we were offered no apologies or compensation. Would strongly urge people to not waste their time ,energy or money at this Home Depot and find other more reliable options in this town.

if I could give no stars I would. We are now in our second week of waiting for a product that not only was paid for but was PROMISE on 1/7/19. Then we were PROMISE and update on 1/9/19. No phone call from manager. Not only is the customer service people awful they are put in positions that they can not handle. The lack of this promise product has set back the installation of a handicap shower for my disabled husband. We made it clear to Home Depot this was our one and only bathroom!!! In November of 2018 their third party company delivered a dented refrigerator! When a new one arrive AFTER Thanksgiving they refused to hook up ice maker. We should have learn from that experience how they treat their customers!

I have bought several appliances with Home Depot in the last year. I got excellent and very patient service from the employees in the appliance department. Week before Thanksgiving our 6 month old GE range died. Not Home Depot fault. Four days before Christmas I was still waiting for GE to find parts and I was not happy. I called Home Depot and talked with LeeAnn in customer service. Home Depot really stepped up and I was able to cook a Christmas meal for family. Thank you, for showing large companies can still show great customer service.

Like the store, but I had been looking at refrigerators for an hour, think anyone stopped to help... No. So didn't buy a refrigerator but I did get my five boxes of tile I needed.

This Home Depot has amazing customer service! Everyone I've ever dealt with there is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The best thing is that they never appear to be rushed and take their time making sure your questions are answered and you can find what you need. That has to be at least partly because they are adequately staffed. Thus lowering both employee and customer stress! I've always found what I was looking for and the store is clean and pleasant.

The "specialists" are nothing special. I wouldn't recommend getting carpet through this Home Depot. The Flooring Specialist, Tara, doesn't even know Berber is Loop. Home Solutions installers are professional & good, they are underpaid for having to deal with Home Depot's incompetence.

Ordered a sliding door and window from home depot home solutions, they've screwed up the door order twice (didn't get the right door in) and the window once. I've been waiting over 2 months for the installs. Don't use them to install anything!
