I hate shopping around for insurance quotes! While some agents/agencies do lay out everything to you in a straight forward manner, there are too many who give you a "low ball" quote just to get you in their door, fail to disclose pertinent information, or provide misleading/deceptive information! ALL of these happened to me recently! It did NOT happen with Tania! In my initial phone contact with her, she ACTUALLY listened to what I was looking for and what my concerns were (especially cost). She is very personable, easy to talk to, and is very focused on DETAILS. Her focus on detailed information is what made the difference for me. When my daughter and I met with her, we went over the coverage offerings and options of several insurance companies. She EXPLAINED the different coverages and options so that we fully understood what we were getting with each. All of these insurance companies have their idiosyncrasies (as we found out); and even though it took a while to deal with them, she never stopped until she got things "squared away". When everything was said and done, I KNEW EXACTLY what my coverage was!

Tania is excellent! She spent so much time going over plans and coverage with us to make sure we had they best coverage at the best value. No need to go order a plan online when she’ll work directly with you to make sure everything is taken care of all while saving money! Highly recommend!

We have never worked with a broker and just continued through 800 numbers. We recently decided to work with Harmony. Tania helped us understand our policy and purchase better coverage for less money. We also had an issue with mortgage escrow not paying. She helped us get it all fixed with no lapse or issues. Honestly I am so tired of going through phone banks and menus; it is refreshing to get expert assistance and true customer service. It us so refreshing to have someone who represents the customer not the just the insurance company. My last comment is that she actually helped us after hours and on weekends.
