“I use this location regularly for work. I have nothing but great things to say about the staff here. They go above and beyond to help me and I use them any chance I get. Big shoutout to Kyla, Kelsi who I deal with the most and are always friendly and professional. The few times I couldn’t find what I need through the website or catalog and they’ve come through and found a supplier to get what I need. Other locations aren’t nearly as friendly or willing to help so kudos to the Fort Collins team!”

“Every time I have been to this store, the associates are so accommodating and helpful. Today, Ben went out of his way to show me where I could find a boot tray. He was very friendly, helpful and efficient. He just dropped what he was doing and walked me clear to the other side of the store to show me where to find what I needed. After I got what I needed another associate went out of his way to ask if I needed anything. I am very impressed with everyone at this location.”

“Most of the employees are not very helpful, The store is constantly a mess (chunks of stuff all over). You can tell it doesn't get swept very often, They should either designate someone to do it or have the people clean their area better but that comes down to management. As always home depot beats out Lowe's when it comes to price almost every time. They also pay their employees far better than Lowe's. Regular everyday employees make $18 an hour and up. Lowe's pays their managers $16 an hour. Just keep that in mind when you're shopping.”
“Professional and polite staff, better prices than the Home Depot, and veterans are appreciated here. Ask about their 10% veteran discount or check out the veteran's preferential parking. The best thing about Lowe's is that it ISN'T the Home Depot! No pushy salespeople and employees are knowledgeable.”
