I like harbor freight. The staff was friendly, but finding things can take time. It's easiest to use the webpage so you can see what aisle your stuff is on

Harbor Freight quality on better best line up is excellent.
Quinn, Bauer and Icon lines compare to some higher end home brands and some professional lines. Even things like the Pittsburgh saw clamp on sale with a warranty is 50% of the price of its nearest competitor.
Some items are one time use yet still get the job done.

I would've given a 5 star review because harbor freight is straight gas, but Seraphim was pretty snarky and rude. Not being sarcastic at all; I hope they're doing alright, or resolve their problems so they can find joy in their life and treat people kindly. My experience was from two weeks ago but it sat with me.

Customer service was amazing! the gentleman explained to me how to mount it and even showed me on his own vehicle to make sure it would work. It was the best experience I’ve ever had at a harbor freight.

You can always find What You Need for relatively cheap. Some of the customer service reps on exactly on point but they're intentions are good
