Waited two weeks for a prescription refill. Poor communication and poor service

They refuse to accept goodrx and instead suggest some in house service with far worse savings.

Took two weeks to get medication. Pharmacy trasferred our medication from Longmont to Fort Collins without telling us. By the time we got and paid for the medication we didn’t need it anymore. Terrible communication with customers. Made us come back a fourth time to get reimbursement information because they don’t provide all the info on sales reciept. Not really a good day pharmact. I call it Bad Day Pharmacy.

This pharmacy is a JOKE. All locations. My poor infant has now suffered due to their mismanagement, abysmal customer service, and poor communication multiple times.I've reviewed the other Fort Collins Good Day for a separate issue, and left this one out of it. but now i have a new problem with this location. This one has repeatedly not sent out notifications of prescriptions being ready. it's annoying but it is what it is. But this time we called to request a refill for our infant daughter's compounded medication that she must take twice daily for reflux. they said the pediatrician needed to confirm renewal/refill. that was fine! the ped office called and asked us about it, then said they'd have the doctor submit it for refill. This was 1/3. Well it was never refilled. I tried to call Saturday (they'd changed their hours and not notified any patients from what i can tell- no call text or email to notify weekend closures) and i was told via machine they were closed, and her prescription wasn't confirmed.Baby went without her reflux meds and did not sleep all night. This morning i call them as soon as they're open and they claim Youth Clinic never confirmed with them. I called YC, the nurse gives me a literal day and time stamp that the doctor approved it.I went to ask Kristin on the phone if once it was filled if they'd notify me, since this has been an ongoing issue, and she hung up on me midsentence. I don't know what i have to do to get a modicum of customer service. It's so frustrating. I wish I knew another local compounding pharmacy that will actually do the one thing they are supposed to do- refill prescriptions upon request.

The manager, Tara Lee, and her team here were extremely accommodating, friendly and helpful. They were also professional and efficient and they helped to ease a worrisome situation. Thank you all!

I recently saw Anne Carter, the pharmacist and a hormone expert. She was recommended to me by my OBGYN because I’d been struggling with perimenopause symptoms - not sleeping, weight gain, irregular cycles, lack of energy, thinning hair, restless legs at night, the list goes on! Anne listened to me (like, really listened! So rare these days!), reviewed some recent hormone test results, and ordered a couple more easy tests. She ended up pinpointing that not only were my hormones off, but my adrenal system was also in desperate need for attention! She recommended some immediate lifestyle adjustments as well as some supplements and tweaked my existing hormone dosage. Within a few weeks, I was sleeping through the night, was calmer, and just overall felt like myself again. Anne clearly is an expert in her field, and she is incredibly lovely to work with. I am so grateful to her and Good Day for helping me get my hormone health back on track!

I waited until promised to pick up prescription. Went in and it wasn't filled. Pharmacist told me she would follow up with doctor because the cream (no narcotics) had a single different ingredient. This pharmacist took the call from the doctor and then left without filling the prescription. I waited an hour to get a few ounces of lotion. They didn't do their job before I got there, and then disregarded me wholesale once I was there. The pharmacist clocked out and left with her metaphorical middle finger in the air. Healthcare in America is a joke.

I recently had a frustrating experience with my pharmacy (a big chain) - I was getting ready to go on an out of state trip, and needed to get my prescription filled in advance of it. My pharmacy had a long string of unexplained 'staffing issues' that resulted in it being not open for multiple days on end. In desperation I called Good Day, and the guy that answered the phone was great. They didn't have my meds in stock, but he took the initiative to call around town and find a pharmacy that did, and then set things up so that all I had to do was go pick it up. I am switching over to Good Day for my regular refills! When any business loses sight of taking care of the customer as the #1 goal, that is the beginning of the END.

I made the switch from Walgreens and now no more stress. Good Day has the best most friendly staff and super professional. Best move I made

I was recommended Good Day Pharmacy by my doctor. After the daunting task of finding a doctor in Colorado, I was willing to settle for the same horrible service, confusing refill process, runarounds and shortages that I had gotten used to with Walgreens and CVS. Every prescription I’ve picked up from 2 Good Day Pharmacy locations now have been easy compared to anywhere else. This will be my pharmacy from now on. My 4 star rating is based on parking though. If you have a truck, you may be circling a little bit to find a spot or having to squeeze in a spot and slide out your door.

I really want to be able to give a good review since it's (in theory) great to have a compounding pharmacy in town. Sadly the absolutely awful customer service made a rough time in our lives even more stressful. When my cat was diagnosed with terminal cancer the oncologist called in some compounded prednisone in a fish flavored liquid for him. I was told it would be a rush order. This was Friday afternoon. Monday evening I received a text from the pharmacy that they needed more info. I called but they had closed. Called first thing Tuesday morning and all they needed was me to verify I was ok with the cost (~$30). I said ok and was told it would be 2-3 days. 4 days later I hadn't heard from them so called only to be told they were waiting for me to ok the price. I told them I'd called days ago. I received an apology and was told it would be done first thing the next morning. By mid afternoon the next day hadn't heard back so called again. This time was told it would be ready by 5pm. When I showed up at 5:10 I was told it would be ready at 5:30. It was finally finished at 5:45. So, my "rush" order took a week to get and the worst part was after all that stress the compounded liquid gave him less relief than the prednisone pills we'd been giving him. We switched back to giving him the pills after 3 days and he had more energy and appetite immediately so I also question the quality of their compounds.

Awesome service and great communication! They truly care about what they are doing for you and make sure that you have what you need. We transferred all of our prescriptions here from King Soopers and will never look back. Thanks Good Day!

Switched my daughter’s prescriptions to Good Day after a nightmarish year with Walgreens. They are excellent! They have synced up her prescriptions in the span of two months. I’m never on hold for more than a few minutes. Reliable service and home delivery. A Life changing switch for our adult child with a chronic health condition!

Worst Customer service. They think that "Customer Service" means the Customer "Serves" Good Day Pharmacy. Terrible hours (closes at 5:30 so can't get there after work), not open on Sunday, won't let family members pick up your prescription, and are rude to anyone that tries to pick up the prescription. Unless of course, I give the family member my Driver's license, but then I'm supposed to drive to work without my license?

I am new to Fort Collins and am so happy I called Good Day Pharmacy and that Roxanne answered the phone. I was calling with a “many layers deep” issue and Roxanne was amazing! She listened to me with respect and kindness. She offered suggestions as well as possible solutions that I had been unable to figure out. (Even though I had called my insurance and various other pharmacies) Her knowledge on medications and insurance was outstanding. She went above and beyond in helping me. Thank you so much Roxanne. Good Day Pharmacy is very fortunate to have you as an employee!
