Horrific pharmacy staff. Horrific store staff. They’ll randomly try to refill prescriptions that have been discontinued, they will constantly spam your phone saying your order is ready but when you get there it’s never ready, and they are out of stock of so many items all the time.
As for store staff? Take pride in your business and stop hiring people who don’t take their work seriously or look like they are high on the job. I had an issue with the ATM last month and I asked the store clerk why it wasn’t working and he replied “I don’t know” and then turned his back and walked away from me.
The store is dirty. And the pharmacy staff doesn’t know how to efficiently run a store.
It seems by the looks of it on here I’m not the only one with similar views.

They don't answer their phone. They regularly miss prescriptions. If you value your health and time, pick up your prescriptions elsewhere.

Wouldn't sell me my photo because it was a picture of me with a white background. He said it looked too much like a Passport Photo. I recommend never coming here for photo processing.

worst customer service in fort collins. Made eye contact with a pharmacist to pick up my prescription and they still wouldnt help me.

This place is absolutely absurd. We had prescriptions sent in at noon. I arrived at 6:15PM to pick them up and they weren’t ready. They told me wait 40 minutes. They closed…….and STILL didn’t have them ready. Didn’t realize amoxicillin and one steroid took over 24hrs to fill ?

Hello? Is anybody there? I was going to switch to this pharmacy so I could walk to it. I have NEVER seen so many dreadful reviews. And no replies to any of them. I won't bother at this point.

Never ever try to pick up your medicine from Walgreens. So unprofessional, I was asked to wait for 10-15 minutes so your medicine (just an eye drops) ready, when I went back again in 10 minutes on counter, they were closing and said it’s break time come after half an hour.

I would be surprised if you could find two brain cells to rub together in this poor excuse of a store. These are THE worst employees I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I’m sure the managers are just as bad, if not worse. Can’t say for sure though because they are too lazy to leave the office and actually manage their employees.. That’s about the nicest way I can word this review. I also understand most of the employees are college kids but if this is the “work ethic” of the future generation. We are all screwed..P.S. I worked at a Walgreens when I was 15..

I just got off the phone with the pharmacist I read a few of the reviews this place is horrible she hung up on me I'm trying to find out why my medication is running out too soon she's blaming me when the bottle is pouring out the medication for my eye drops as soon as it's tilted up I am not pressing on the bottle I am also going to call the pharmacy commission or whatever you call it I'll find out.... someone's going to find out about these people you don't hang up on a patient... And this is after me waiting on the phone for an hour to even get through shame on you walgreens pharmacy shame on you

This pharmacy is THE WORST. They seem extremely unorganized, and only filled half of my scripts despite having all day to get two pill bottles filled. Seems to me some people working there should find a job they are actually good at. People need their medication, and it doesn’t seem like they take it very serious here.

went to pick up my prescription, employees were very rude, I saw them talking about me and laughing while I wanted. Very upset, will not be coming back, should get better management in that place, this is unacceptable!!!

This review is by no means directed at the pharmacy techs and pharmacists working there. This is directed toward management.This Walgreens has been outstandingly unreliable. I can't remember the last time I was able to get my meds in a timely manner. These are serious medications that have pretty serious side effects/withdrawals if I go more than a couple of days without. I try to call in my prescriptions before I run out to allow for time but I am still getting my meds late. One time I ended up in the ER because I wasn't able to get my prescriptions. Yesterday I received both a text and call saying my meds were ready. When I got to the pharmacy, they had nothing ready. And no record of it ever being filled.The pharmacy is ALWAYS short staffed. I'm there a lot, it's obvious. The people working in the pharmacy are working their hardest despite being understaffed.Please, for the love of God and all those who rely on this pharmacy for medication, HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES. This is unacceptable.
