Worst experience ever. Don’t get your nails
Done by Jenny. She is not respectful and shows rude behavior. She wants to rush home faster even before store closes and made my nails worse and charged me 70$. I came in to pamper myself and was very upset. Glossy nails wasted my time and had bad customer service. I went to another nail salon to redo my nails. I was very upset on my birthday night.

I went to GN this morning and had a great experience…I had 3 week old acrylics removed, a mani, and gel polish and I couldn’t be more pleased . Julie was extremely detailed and got my approval at every step. I will be a regular from now on

wow i am so impressed! the lady who did my nails (i wish i caught her name, sorry!) really wanted to make sure i got the best nails and redid the stars a bunch to make sure they were perfect. it was enjoyable, sanitary, and easy!

I have been in to Glossy Nails before and had a fine experience both times prior with getting gel manicures. This last time when I went in the nail tech who was doing my nails, I did not catch his name, used the electric nail file to file off my cuticles. At first I thought my nails were just sensitive from having gel on frequently, but realized after he was finished that the pain was from my cuticles being removed with the filer. He then trimmed my cuticles with the normal tool, which I was confused why he didn’t just do in the first place. After this I was asked to wash my hands which is when I noticed that there was blood around most of my cuticles. I hoped that washing them would remove this and help the bleeding to stop. When he was finished with the manicure I noticed my cuticles were still bleeding a little though. This was concerning to me because he touched the cuticle oil brush to my hands (and likely my blood) and placed it directly back in the bottle with no sanitizing. I have included pictures of one of my hands about 15 minutes after the appointment. I will unfortunately not be returning to this salon after this experience as I am very concerned about the sanitation practices they take part in. I also was never told that he had cut my hands at all with the filer, which in my experience most nail techs will apologize for and point out for if/when alcohol comes in contact with the area later in the appointment.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I’m not the type to review places but, this seemed necessary to save somebody money down the line. Went in for a manicure that was absolutely horrendous: bumpy, splotchy, and not the color I asked for and was shown originally by the nail tech. I have never experienced such a terrible response in a customer disliking a service, refusing to give me a refund, and having to wait an hour (even though I called them beforehand asking if there was a wait if I came back in, and they said no). DO NOT GO HERE!!! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!

Cleanliness: Really clean in the salon. They take very good care of it.
Stylist: The lady who did my nails took the extra time to make sure the tips fit with my nail bed and meticulously blended them together. She cleaned the debris under it and dremmeled it out, too. These are the best nails I've had in a long time.
