The level of customer service here is excellent, while looking for a part for my regulator, they did not have it readily available, but Jeff Anderson took the time to take me to the back of the store to find what I needed, a year ago another employee provided the same kind of caring customer service. Sad to say this is not common in our world today and I really appreciate when I deal with people who care. This is my "go to" store because of the great customer service. Thank you!

as a small independent welder for hire I really appreciate the assistance I receive at general air. Everyone there is super friendly and helpful every time I come in. Even though I am a relatively small account I never feel I am treated as such. I now buy all of my gas, machines and equipment from general air and don't plan to shop anyplace else. I also wanted to put in a good word for one fella in particular, Jeff Anderson, this dude is sharp and attentive and always has helpful advice. stop by general air in fort collins and be sure to ask for Jeff.
