We always think of Garwood's for trusted assistance. My 18 y/o daughter brought her favorite necklace into the shop which was broken. She was kindly greeted & done ! Quick fix .We really appreciate the attentive customer service.

If I could put a minus star I would. I went into Garwoods for a battery install in my good watch. 4 employees just totaling ignore me. Another Caucasian customer came in ,they were helped immediately. I was disregarded and ignored. So glad there are other jewelry stores that are not prejudice. Being locally owned is not always best.

10/10 experience here! Ordered a ring online that came in damaged and returned that so I came into Garwood’s frazzled I’d not have enough money or time to get a ring done for the engagement. Shannon helped me design a beautiful custom ring within my limited budget within three weeks. My proposal went off without a hitch and my fiancé LOVES the ring. So glad to have found such an amazing local jeweler!

I had an excellent experience shopping here. The staff was so nice and helped me find exactly what I was looking for in my budget! I was never once pressured into buying something I didn’t want! A staff member named Shannon was especially helpful! She did extra research and contacted multiple jewelers to help me find what I was looking for! She sent me plenty of options and even gave me advice for ring shopping in general! It was overall an amazing experience 10/10 recommend!

These people are INCREDIBLE!! Obviously I was not involved in the designing of my ring, that was all on my husband, but I was absolutely blown away by the craftsmanship. I have never been a jewelry girl but this ring is the most stunning thing I have ever seen in my life. I can't wait to get my matching band. THANK YOU!!

A few months ago, I was on a trip and went to take of my engagement ring only to realize the stone was missing! I was devastated and then finding a replacement ruby proved more difficult than expected. The setting was also damaged and required significant repair. I am so grateful have found Garwood’s. Brad found the perfect stone. He did an absolutely amazing job with the setting and I would highly recommend him for delicate work like this. He was able to set the stone slightly lower but the radiance is even better somehow. He is truly an artist and I couldn’t be happier with my ring. Thank you Brad!!

We took some heirloom jewelry in just to find out what it was about. Everyone was friendly, courteous, professional, and they took the time to help us, and explain what we had. Even though we didn’t spend a dime, it was excellent service! When it’s time for us to buy some fine jewelry, that is where we’ll go! Every piece in the place is amazing! Thank you, Garwood's!

I went into several jewelry stores looking for the right fit for me. I first used Garwood's for some simple repairs. They treated me so kindly and never made me feel like my jewelry wasn't good enough. I chose a ring from them to put my inherited stone in for an updated wedding band. They did a fantastic job and were very patient with my indecision on which ring to choose. I am so happy with the ring and the customer service I received at Garwood's. I feel like they are "my jeweler".

Two ladies helping were very kind and tried to find something that fit my budget and interest but there was a man working in the back being extremely rude when I was asking question. I have no knowledge about jewelry so every time I ask a question he would laugh and give me looks making my experience terrible.

I guess if you buy high priced jewelry you get better service then if you "Add A Pearl" to a necklace. We purchased 42 pearls at Garwoods and have been adding one pearl to both our granddaughters's necklaces for 10 years at Garwoods.Each year it takes four weeks to add one pearl and this year I found out they actually have an "Add A Pearl" jewelry box, which after 10 years of going to Garwoods we had to buy one!Extremely disappointed in the customer service and won't be back to add the rest of our pearls.

I went to this cozy little shop to get my watch battery replaced and I was very impressed by the service. The staff was attentive and friendly, and they fixed my watch within ten minutes for only $10. Definitely recommend!

Great service and prices. I’ve had multiple chains repaired by them as well as purchased. One I recently bought wasn’t up to their standards so they replaced it for me so that I wouldn’t have to worry.
