I still like to go into gamestops from time to time as I still like physical copies of games, and they usually have a cool selection of nerdy gamer related items other than games.I like this one because they don't hound you like other gamestops I've been to. Sure, they ask if you're looking for anything particular, but that's the job. But here they don't hover over you.I wish things weren't going so hard on digital distribution but it is what it is.

I will never shop at this or any other Game Stop again. I ordered a Switch Pro Controller through Game Stop online that ended up having a defective joystick. I went here to return it for a refund, and was told that the shipping would not be refunded to me, only the price of the controller. The explanation they gave is that the controller was shipped successfully. That's true, but what good does successful shipping do me on a defective product? If I were returning it for some other reason, I could understand this policy, but I feel for a defective product the customer should be fully refunded for all costs associated with the transaction.

I'll never visit any Gamestop ever again. I ordered a new Xbox one series x. Was given a damaged/refurbished base series instead. Tried to get it resolved but was given the cold shoulder after numerous emails and phone calls. Deceptive money grab. The refurbished one had a part that rattled. The machine works, sure. The money spent for a new model only to be downgraded and given an old model is disgusting.

We went in for help with transferring data to a new Switch. Gordon was amazing. He went far beyond good service. Gordon spent over an hour working through the complicated process, all with such a positive attitude. We have had a positive experience in this store before and this was exceptional.

Really dig the staff at this location, very friendly and helpful. Same as all other Game Stop stores in the nation, just a really great team of gamers here. It’s the only reason I still shop here. Keep up the good work!

Every time I come here, the staff is super helpful. They have advice for every game and type of play style. Even when they encounter the biggest PITA people, they maintain positive attitudes.

This GameStop is awesome and the workers go above and beyond to help their customers and honor their prices and trade in credits. I would like to give a shout-out to Keith, the worker who helped us. He was great and helped us more than expected. Great worker and a great store ??️??

DO NOT USE the same day delivery. I ordered a new console yesterday and received an email that said it would be delivered within 2 hours. Later on I received another email stating that it didn’t go out for delivery and then it would be the next day. The following day I called to find out when it will be delivered and they said that it will be delivered the following day. So….2 days later from the SAME DAY delivery. I guess GameStops idea of same day delivery is not what the rest of us think it means. I asked for a refund and they said it can take up to 15 days to do an investigation with their carrier and then if its not delivered to me then they’ll issue a refund. This sure seems ridiculous and unfair! They can know within a couple of minutes these days where a package is located with a tracking number. Bottom line. You order online with same day delivery, you’ll get your package when you get it and too bad so sad, you can’t do anything anout it. Such poor customer service!
