Everyone within the clinic was nice considerate and carried a happy smile. ?
I went to this clinic for my young Newfoundland puppy.
There seems to be knowledgeable and or experience vets at this clinic that can address all general medical issues and questions, and possibly address pacific medical situations at hand if and when needed.
I was happy and satisfied with all employees. And will further my relationship with this veterinarian clinic.?
A happy Client ??...

Our dog is very sick and Dr. McCullah was wonderful. She took her time and explained everything in terms that we could understand. She gave us prescriptions to try and options should we need them. She was wonderful.

I’m sick to my stomach I have to write this post. The lack of understanding for our circumstances the past two months that caused my dog extra anxiety has been eye opening. I am taking my dogs to a new vet and I encourage you to not bring your pets here.
The anxiety medication he has been on for 8+ years, that has greatly improved his quality of life, after years of trial and error with training and other medications was canceled without informing me that it would be, and telling me there are no side effects to stopping this medication rapidity, when in fact there can be very serious side effects to this, which I had to find out from my own research, shows the vet or staff does not have my pets best interest in mind.
My dog is almost 14 years of age, his medication was cut off he has been on since he was 5 years old without informing me it would be. We had hail damage to our rental home in Loveland on 7/18, the past 2 months there have been numerous quotes & repairs at our house that caused my dog to be extremely anxious, which led me to give him an 1 extra anxiety pill several days when roof repairs were being made.
I asked the vet if it was possible to write it as 2 a day or as needed so I could fill it a little early for more upcoming repairs, per the pharmacy directive, at that point the vet canceled his medication, I was not notified. I only found out a month later, when we did run out a few days early and I called asking for a refill, I was not asked any questions, the vet made many assumptions and went as far to say I do not have my pets best interest at heart, and insinuated I was taking his medication. She also made the assumption I was giving my dog 4-5 pills a day, which I never did, if they took the time to ask questions they would have more context of the situation, but zero questions were asked, instead accusations were made. I canceled our trip out of town this past weekend, because I did not want to leave my dog without his medication, because I do in fact have my pets best interest in mind and my life has revolved around it for the past 13 years.
I have no problem bringing my dog in for an appointment, if we needed to review with the doctor, but I had to push for that. I received his records, there’s a large note at top states 8/28/24 please advise the owner they need to discuss further refills with the doctor, I called in 9/20 & went into the office this was never communicated to me. Of course I would have made an appointment and happily discussed this with the vet as needed.
Then there’s my other dog, she tore her ACL, they were unable to complete an exam due to her resisting so I paid to have her sedated, they gave her the sedation shot in the exam room and insisted I wait until she was sedated, seemed odd but I did. 45 minutes later I am still in the exam room waiting, the doctor finally came back and put towel over her head and took her out of the room. The TPLO surgery was recommended, I asked for the records to be transferred to Red Sage Integrative vet, so I could seek out other treatments, Dr Diaz advised me that there’s nothing Red Sage can do to help my dog except rehab after the surgery and the surgery was the only treatment. Cleo has been getting shockwave therapy & Stem therapy (same cost as the surgery) and has seen great success, with Red Sage. So glad I got a second opinion, the difference in the vets & staff at Red Sage is such a huge improvement. Cleo loves going there, she’s not nervous at all as she was with Friendship staff.

Dr. Wellock is THE BEST vet we have ever had for our sweet/nervous kitty. She is absolutely amazing at what she does and our kitty adores her. It is always a good visit when she is there :) she truly cares about providing the best pet care possible and it shows.

Dr. Higgins was very professional with my cat, as was all the staff. The only difficulty I have with this wonderful practice is, they charged me $54.09 to take my sick cats blood pressure. Which would have cost me $60.10, if I did not have ‘PAW Plan’. It literally took about 1 minute to have the cuff on my sick cats paw. That is absolutely unacceptable. Considering you can have a pet visit with one of their wonderful vets for $68.00, but yet pay $60. 00 to have them put a cuff on your pet to take their blood pressure. In my opinion, that is unfair to a pet owner. So, that put a very skeptical feeling on my trust in this veterinarian practice, and I don’t want to feel that way. I just rely on reasonable expense for one of these little creatures who would have potentially otherwise been euthanized. We all need to put them in perspective.
