This company took my address from a postal mistake and changed the person living at our previous address to our address for the bill. They changed the address on their bills with no ones permission. They won't remedy the situation because they say the account holder who never changed the address in the first place needs to do it. So who is going to tell them that they will never be getting their bills because TDS decided to change their account without their knowledge. Good luck getting that paid or having any kind of clear communication with the customer! Such poor customer service! Unfortunately I was actually thinking of using the service, but I don't want my info to be mishandled any more than it already has been.
