Bryan Slaymaker worked as hard as he could to get me in a brand new 2025 ram!! Was definitely surprised and amazed by everything he was doing for me and working with me! We had looked at 4 different trucks before finally landing on my truck! I would definitely recommend him and the dealership to anyone

So first I buy cars often and try and avoid the dealership (a lot of cars are easier just to get online. However I needed a specific truck that was giving me trouble. Bryan helped me for over 2 months until we got the right one. Every option I wanted at the same price I found online! Good job guys.

Just a bunch of lip service from this dealership when responding to our original review. Never any resolution from Fort Collins Dodge.Buyer Beware!
See updates at the end of this review (2/20/24 & 3/7/24). Don't be fooled by their response to the original review pretending to be working on resolving the issue.
I will try to be brief! Please keep in mind that we are longtime customers with a $200,000 spend over 3 vehicles in the past 5-6 years who have previously recommended this dealership.This review relates to our latest January 2024 purchase.
Pros:
1) Our saleman was a nice guy who worked hard for his customers.
Cons-
1) Beware when signing the paperwork that they shove in front of you with tons of other paperwork as they will sneak in a non-refundable deposit authorizion. The non-refundable deposit applies even less than one hour later (as if they could have sold the vehicle to someone else in that hour!).
2) Beware that being a repeat customer means nothing to this dealership! As a repeat customer the sales manager tells us that "I am feeling real generous today so you have gotten a really great deal". Now we all know that this is an embellishmet but as long-time customers we tend to hope for the best. Just FYI his "great deal" ended up being $5K more for the same vehicle at an alternative dealer that is located 30 miles away even though we have never done business with them! (their offer was received without knowledge of the Fort Collins one fyi).
3) When questioned about it all (again 1 hour later) some nasty guy (another sales manager!!!) who we never met calls us back and tells us none of it matters other than we are out $3K if we call off the deal. He was so rude and could care less about the customer let alone a repeat one (told us that!)
So they backpeddle and beg us to stay with them for a slightly more expensive deal which we (now regretably) agreed to. Call us so sick of it all we just wanted it over with. Then lo and behold...
4) The finance manager sells us on an extended warranty deal that he tells us is $700 extra but when we get home and run the numbers it turns out to be $4K more. What a scam. So ok we get that squared away when...
5) With 600 miles on our brand new vehicle with a bumper to bumper warranty we are road-tripping and we pull into a gas station and discover a major deficiency in an "accessory". Bad enough but good old Fort Collins Dodge takes no accountability and tells us to turn it into our insurance or call an 800 number to customer service.
Totally disappointed in their approach to serving the customer - big fail. Totally disenchanted with the two sales managers we dealt with, who were bullyng (1) and untrustworthy, as was the finance manager.
We will never do business here again and hope that our review will help others in their dealings here if you must do business with them.
Update 2/20/2024- In spite of the response from Fort Collins Ram they have done nothing to resolve this matter, so do not be fooled that they are actually trying to make good. Just as a matter of record we are out $1200 on a replacement tonneau cover that flew off of our vehicle less than one month from purchase at 600 miles on our first drive on an interstate. It had never been opened, at least by us. You would think that they would want to troubleshoot from a liability standpoint why such a thing would happen and how it could be prevented in the future. Perhaps a proper dealer prep would have caught it, or perhaps an improper dealer prep was the cause. At any rate why should we have to pay for their mistake?

Fun and friendly staff and environment! I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a great deal in sales, parts, or service! They take great care of me every time I visit their store!

The purchase was an easy process, all the staff was incredibly nice, this was a no pressure sales. Great selection to choose from. Jayden was my primary POC and he was exceptional in each step of the way, listening to what I actually wanted in a new vehicle, taking the time to walk through all the vehicles and test drive a few, working to get me the best deal that fit my set budget, definitely going above and beyond even after the sale to help me get everything synced in my new Jeep, then giving me his business card with his direct line and letting me know I can contact him for any support I may need with my vehicle on down the line, even if it means just dropping in without an appointment. Marc the manager was warm and gregarious, no pressure again working with me to give me the best deal possible in a range that fit my budget. I highly recommend this Fort Collins Doge Chrysler Jeep & Ram dealership when purchasing your next car or truck!

Bought a car (a Subaru) from them in March 2024. About a week later I noticed a clicking noise coming from inside the vehicle when I made u-turns. The person who sold me the car contacted me to see if I had any questions and I told about the u-turn issue. He told me he would have the service department contact me. They never did. I contacted him again about a tear in the leather to see who they used to repair it so I can contact them on my own. He kept saying he would give me the number and never did. I called them to set up an appointment for the u-turn and they told me they aren't able to do diagnostics on it because its a Subaru. So they can't service a car they sold to me, even after telling me their service department wojld reach out to me. So basically don't expect the best after care even when they are the ones asking you if there are any issues with the car.
The process of buying the car itself was great however. Very low pressure, sales person was personable without being pushy. The finance person wasn't pushy about warranties and add one which I appreciate.

Best experience with a car dealer in my 68 yrs of experience. Mike White was a Fantastic salesperson to work with. Listened to what I wanted and found exactly what I was looking for. Jeff Miller & Mike White got me a GREAT deal. Don't waste your time going to any other dealership make the trip to Ft Collins if you want a great experience and a great purchase on a jeep.

Not many people would classify the whole car buying experience as FUN, but if you deal with Ryan at Fort Collins Jeep, it certainly is! I just bought my first Jeep Wrangler and am so excited to be a part of the Jeep family! Ryan knows his stuff and made the whole process enjoyable!
