Update: I reached out to customer support and got someone on the line almost immediately. We spent about 20 minutes trouble shooting the issue and managed to get it resolved. Our internet speeds are back where they should be. Thank goodness! Overall, for the price, Connexion is WAY better than anything else here in Fort Collins by a long shot! And their customer service can't be beat in my opinion.When we first got Connexion, the speeds were quite fast and had remained so until now. We returned from a 3-month trip only to find our internet speed is now down to 2 Mbps for downloads which is 500 times slower than their advertised speed of 1 Gbps. Nothing has changed. We have Google Nest routers with 5 pucks to cover our entire house. In the past, we've been able to stream high-def movies both upstairs and downstairs at the same time, but last night, when we were watching a movie on Netflix, it kept pixelating because the speed was so slow. It was extremely frustrating. Since it's only my wife and I, it's not because we're bogging down the internet. I've reset the modem and routers, but that didn't change anything. I've submitted a support request. We'll see if anything comes of it. If so, I'll update my review.

I had previously written a 5-star review in 2021, but since change my review to 3-stars. We both work from home and have recently had a lot of video calls dropped due to the internet. The outages don't last long, but it is annoying to have zoom calls drop at least once a week. Another thing to note, is there is a 2-week waiting period to start service. However, if you are buying a home or moving, Connexion does not allow you to plan ahead to schedule 2 weeks in advance, as once you call to schedule a date, they could show up at any time to start the infrastructure work - including digging. This is obviously a problem because then they could be doing work on a house before you actually own the house or have moved - someone else could still be living there. So getting Connexion basically requires you go 2 weeks without internet after moving, which is rough.

The best ISP experience I have ever had. Shoutout to Summer on their 24/7 technical support line; she resolved my issue incredibly fast and professionally. My install tech, Kyle, was amazing! I'm definitely gonna get the 2gbps upgrade just to support the team behind this, because this project is incredible. Thank you!!

After 200mb connection from Xfinity for $87 per month, I decided to switch to FC Connexion. Note that I have 1gb service for the same price as I paid for 200mb, my video calls for work are clear and without lags.Installation was free and 24 hour customer service is convenient and so helpful.If you’re thinking about switching to FC Connexion, do it!

Haven’t had internet this unreliable since dialup. Speeds fluctuate considerably (I’m on 1gig and I get between 150-600mbps but it’s all over the place).Most aggravatingly, I just lose all connection a few times a week, which can completely disrupt my work (calls, cloud-based development work) and general leisure (shows, video games).Never thought I’d say this, but Xfinity was better

I was having some issues with my wifi, I called and they had a technician out the next day. He swapped out my old equipment and installed the new within 30 minutes!

The internet service is really good and reasonably priced. The TV service is not great and overpriced. The billing and communication also needs some work. Emails are fragmented and lacking in detail. It took months to get any bills at all, either hard copy via snail mail or electronically via email. Customer service is friendly, but I feel they lack the knowledge to help effectively, the conversations end up going in circles.
